I also have a 09 Journey. At around 40K the A/C started to smell. I took it to a shop to have a clean and deorderize done and still did not resolve the issue. I called to talk to Dodge as I have also had a number of other issues with the vehicle and got poor poor customer service they were very rude and short. People ask why so many purchase none "American" Vehciles....simple customer service and they don't stand behind their product. I would never purchase another Dodge vehicle again and would suggest to other to avoid Dodge since once they have your money they don't care about if you happy or not.
