  1. Hi Kathleen,

    Can you please confirm, that the Dodge changed the warning signal and lights for oil change from 10.000 km to 16.000 km? My 2016 Journey Crossroad do not provide the this warnings, even i draw 2000 km over oil limit (full synthetic oil) at 12000 km I do not receiving any warning to change the oil.Please confirm.

  2. Hello I am wondering if you could answer a question for me, I have a 2004 jeep grand cherokee overland and this particular jeep had 2 recalls on the heated seats both of them were done. The 1st one in 2007 and the last one in 2016. The recall that was done in 2007 I am now experiencing the same issues (the heater elements have burnt out causing black spots on the seat cushion) Will this recall be performed again assuming the symptoms are the same?

      Sorry for the delayed response, I have purchased a 2016 Journey Crossroad from a dealership in newmarket, Ontario.  On purchase, I paid extra to have a trailer hitch installed. When they tried to install my hitch, they explained to me that they would have had to trim or cut some of my bumper or fascia for the hitch to fit.  I was obviously not ok with cutting anything on a new vehicle. In the end, they told me that Chrysler/Dodge mopar does not have a proper hitch that will mount on a 2016 Dodge Journey Crossroad.

       

      Is this true, and are you aware of this situation?

  4. MJR013, I'm sorry to hear about the front end vibration you're experiencing. You mentioned that the vibration only started when you put the summer tires back on? Have the wheels/tires been balanced recently? Be sure to speak with the Service Manager during your next visit. Dave

  10. Hi bramfrank, There is a power steering return hose available for Dodge Journeys operating in regions where temperatures are -23 C (-10 F) and below. As always, please follow the specifications for fluids as indicated in your Owner's Manual. FCA Canada suggests that if customers are experiencing an issue with the power steering hose, to contact their FCA dealership for a diagnosis or can contact FCA Customer Care.
