We purchased a used 2010 Journey on Tuesday and all seemed well, however, yesterday, the rear passenger door lock quit working with the driver switch, driver opening the door or the fob. I believe it's the actuator but being that it's so new to me I wasn't sure if anyone else has had this issue and resolved it. If pulled up manually, you can lock it remotely but cannot unlock it. Thanks for any help you may be able to pass along!
