after the record breaking snow this winter and getting stuck many times, it was time to upgrade to 2014 RAM1500 4X4 CC Big horn. Journey was a good vehicle.

True I have same issue with Journey and had same issue with my 300

Parked it out in rain to get the salt off of it.

Should be change of antenna.

Just keep them....what if you take that cold with you down there.

I have 2 vehicles with My Ford Touch and then Journey with Uconnect. And yes MFT is way ahead.

My buddy has same issue with his Journey. For some river it just keeps coming back. He is waiting for his lease to be over

I have a 2011 Edge Limited and 2013 Journey Crew. In Edge driving position is lot higher, it drives lot smoother and tighter. I think build quality is better. After 3 years there is no rattle and cosmetic issues. Whereas Journey there are lots of them. Journey is the best bang for your buck and is lot peppier then Edge. I said different vehicles because of driving. Edge is wife's car and Journey is mine. I get lot better deal on Chrysler products so I buy only Chrysler vehicles.

Welcome to the forum. I have both Dodge Journey and Edge. And in my opinion they are 2 different vehicles.

Only problem I have with my Journey is that Kumoho tires especially 19 in suck, no traction in snow. You just sit and spin.

Cold doesn't ruin the battery. Heat does but you need more juice in winter, that is when it gives out.

Try it. OR look at the manual to see if the fuse is blown.

Either it's a fuse issue or they are frozen in this weather. Also are you talking about the manual that comes with the car or did you download it online from dodge website. You can download the manual from www.dodge.com under owners section.

No it doesn't support traffic cameras, etc. just traffic alerts.

I tried Philips crystal vision ultra, but I didn't like them and ended up installing 9012 HIRs that I had. Light output of HIRs is much better.

Insert a small screw driver on one side and pry it open.

I don't know if you already installed this, but I was not able to install these, they will blink and just go off. I ended up installing HIR bulbs. But they work great in my wife's Ford Edge.
