Down shifting around third gear kicks or jumps more than often
DTSGUY replied to pdaddzy's topic in Engine & Transmission
I have a 2010 SXT AWD and I have the same issue. I brought mine in and they said everything looks just fine but will do a computer update but it didnt change anything. -
Wow so much to read here about brakes. I have a 2010 SXT AWD. Ive only had it for about 2 months. I dont have any brake problems yet but when I do I want to do them right with bigger rotors slotted and drilled, better calipers and use ceramic pads. Im hoping to be able to accomplish this but not sure yet. I havent even done any research on it yet. All ive read here has been talk about 2011 and newer.

I paid $329.99 including shipping. I got it at www.autoanything.com I did notice a big difference especially in the tork. I do recommend it.

I powder coated mine flat black and put a red stripe on the outer edge and painted the caliper red. I used Hi Temp caliper paint. I have pictures in my gallery if you wanna see it.

Ive had lots of cars in the past and Ive always changed to bigger aftermarket wheels and every single time ive gotten worse gas mileage but thats the price you pay if you want it to look good. This time I didnt want to sacrifice gas mileage for looks so I had my original 19 inch Dodge wheels powdercoated flat black with a glossy red stripe and I love the way it turned out. You can see pictires of it in my gallery.

I think it looks great. Im gonna have to get one for mine.

Asked Service Department about aftermarket radio
DTSGUY replied to dodgeman324's topic in Accessories, Modifications
I have a 2010 and I changed out my factory radio to a Double Din Pioneer...... it was so easy just like Mcgusto82 said, you only need $80-$150 worth of accessories and adaptors to make it work. I even got my steering wheel controls to work my Pioneer touch screen radio. -

Hello everyone, Ive had my 2010 Journey SXT for a couple months now and ive done so much to it already. Its silver and ive done the following to it........ *Flat Black with Red outline Racing Stripes *Flat Black Powder Coat the original 19" rims with a Red Stripe *Painted the brake Calipers Red *Changed the 2010 all crome grill to a 2011 crome with black grill (Now I want to change it again to all black) *Magnaflow Custome Exhaust with Black Tips *K&N Air Filter *Hypertech high performance computer program *Changed the stock radio to double din Pioneer DVD receiver I want to do more but I need to slow down cause its costing so much money but it looks so good. Ill try to upload a few pictures in the next few days Ive already tried but it says my pictures are too big so I need to try to make them smaller. If you want me to send you some pictures send me your email and ill send them to you. What I still want to do is......... *Change the front grill to all black (If anyone has one that is 2011 and newer let me know if you wanna trade. I have a 2009-2010 and a 2011-2013 both are stock and both are in good condition). *Change the front headlights to the ones that are black inside. *Change the original speakers to Hertz High Energy with one 10" Subwoofer. Thats about it for now until I think of something else cause you know there's always something!!! ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Updated on April 24th 2014 What I still want to do is......... *Change the front grill to all black (If anyone has one that is 2011 and newer let me know if you wanna trade.
