If it happens frequently enough and if your able to take it to the dealer, show them and see what they will do about it. If your Journey was new when you bought it in October then it should be under warranty.

Yes they look the same to me also as far as fit. Splicing the LED connector would be easy to do as long as the wiring is the same.

I think your wanting to do what I want to do also. I have a 2010 Journey with the regular bulb lights and I want to change the whole rear lights to the round LED style. I think the wiring harness is gonna be different and the voltage to the lights might be different as well but im not positive about this. Im gonna follow this discussion cause if it can be done with out changing anything major then I want to do it too.

Ive attached small round blind spot mirrors on my Journey. I put them in the top out corner and they are adjustable even after you attach them. They work great for me.

How did you not know about the acceleration issue before you bought it and why are you asking if its a good vehicle after you signed the papers? Isnt that something you check out before you make a purchase? Just asking............

Welcome, I think I know what you mean. I thought they felt a little different/odd/flat in the beginning but now that Ive had it for a while I think it feels fine.

Funny cause Ive been doing that lately too!

I ordered new mud flaps off of amazon for $39.99. I didn't read the listing very well and I didn't realize they were in China. If I knew this from the beginning I probably wouldn't have purchased them. I received them this week. The box they came in was an unmarked box. I opened it up and they were Brand New and the hardware was thrown in the box not even in a bag. Today I went to install them and the fit is great and all the hardware was there. So my first experience with ordering something from China worked out great. I don't think I would do it with an expensive item though.

Did you or the dealer change the cabin air filter? When I bought my Journey it was used and the air conditioner didnt blow very well at all. I took it in and I found out that It was just the cabin air filter. I changed it out and it now works great.

I would think yes cause they wear out fast in temps above 40 degrees. I just bought a new set of Blizzak tires and I live in Colorado. We took a road trip to California for Christmas and I put my summer tires back on cause I didnt want to wear them out. Im so glad I did cause it was very warm and I drove a lot. Im back in Colorado now and I still havent put the Blizzaks back on cause the weather has been really nice lately.

I love my Journey but I was thinking that it lacked all the tech stuff. I know mine is only the 2010 but Ive been in a fully loaded 2013 and I felt the same. Maybe its cause Im in the audio video industry and I see all the new Tech stuff daily. Right now I think Ford is leading the auto industry when it comes to Tech and I hate Ford.

I have a 2010 and I bought it in June 2013 for $16K it had 48K miles. The 2012 has a better motor than mine and the interior is redesigned. It sounds to me like its a good deal. Just make sure it hasnt been in any major accidents. Good luck.
