    So here is the feedback I got from Taillightsolutions: "I am fairly positive that the 2014 Grand Cherokee rear fog kit will work for your application. Thank you, Ken" The kit is $325 for halogen and $347 for LED. Damn expensive for a pair of connectors and a feet of wires (plus lamps). I think I'm not in the game.

    Appropriate winter tires contribute more to safe winter driving on FWD, then AWD on crappy all seasons or summer tires. There are many answers on the web on why not to replace only two tires, so just google it Better not to replace tires at all, then only two, IMHO. And yes - very, very nice color choice! I saw RAM 1500 RT in this color - the truck looked absolutely amazing. Your drive is very nice as well.

    Thanks to the hint from Kevin in MN I got in contact with Taillight Solutions. They appeared to be very responsive and committed to consider custom craft a kit of rear fogs for DJ. The kit that I requested includes housing, bulbs (led dual intensity) and plug'n'play harness that will use the power from tail lights. You can look on the company's website how the kit works and installation instructions. I think installation with a custom harness should be pretty easy DIY. Will anybody else, except for me, be interested in the kit so we can talk about the group buy with the company?

    I tried a non-adhesive transparent edge guards. They worked well, but on a bright color like mine (white perl), they become very visible as they accumulate dust under and along the edge. I didn't like the look and removed them.

    I thought about dressing the underhood, but was doubting the feasibility: how often do I open the hood to enjoy the beauty inside? My conclusion was to skip this as for me it was an investment to make service men happy

    the car is pearl white: I now have mirror covers and the grey part of the lower grille (don't remember how this is called) painted black. I basically want to keep the 3 color scheme "white-black-red" throughout the vehicle and was disappointed that red front turn signals are illegal . Back are LED red, though

    Thanks for feedback! Plan to take some pictures, including the cut, didn't have enough time. Regarding the price: his base price is $450 plus shipping. You pretty much get the projector and that's it. All other goodies go on top of that, and I have: - custom paint - tinted parking reflector - led DRL (aka high beam) - led switch-back turn signal - custom harness to make all this working Plus I purchased TYC headlighs to swap them for the time of the project. You can have you own build - sky an your budget is the limit This guy is good and very thorough. You have to be ready for a looong project as he is really busy.

    Sounds like a good deal - no mods with HID-compared output... Any comments on how good they behave in a stock reflector (non-projector)?
