  2. Any muffler shop will be able to replace with an aftermarket muffler. You can use anything you want. Just a matter of matching approximate dimensions and inlet/outlet sizes.

  6. Does not take much to total a car these days. Glad everyone is safe.
  7. My sons first car was a 2000 ZX2. My daughters current daily is a 1997 Escort coupe.
  8. Have seen PCM's on ebay in the $300-500 range. Not sure if they are plug and play.
  9. Strange it locked with them in the car. You could always try the metal coat hanger trick and try to push the unlock buttoon or hook the pull handle. Otherwise, you are out of luck and are going to have to pay someone to do it for you, or, sweet talk a law enforcement officer to get it unlocked using their slim jim. Lots of videos on you tube showing how easy it is using a coat hanger.

  12. That looks really nice. I can imagine those seats wont look that way for long though.....get some seat covers!!
  13. Known issue. It's made of plastic. The welds fail over time.
  14. I have heard of no recall for paint peeling. You can check the NTSHA website for recalls on your vehicle.
  15. You will need a relay kit otherwise the lights will flicker and/or not work at all.
  16. Original poster has not been back since his original post last year. Who knows.
