Clear the codes. Disconnect the battery for 20 mins or so to reset everything. See if it clears up. How does it run?

Well, the fuel level sensor or connector is faulty. I don't see how that would cause the vehicle to shut off and not restart for an hour though. http://www.engine-codes.com/p2066_dodge.html

I use the control arm mounting point. I don't need to raise both at the same time.

Probably. Air bag, seat belt warning light.

Look under the seat and see if a connector is there. Otherwise, you will have to figure out how to run a wiring harness to it.

If it's not leaking fluid, the boot is fine. Don't really want to mess with that anyway unless you are prepared to bleed the brakes.

I would suspect a wheel sensor.

I'm sure it is possible. Not sure if you have the air bags in the seats on either one, but I've heard on other vehicles, disconnecting the electrical connector will set off the air bag light and only the dealer can reset it. Probably the brackets are the same since the only changes are appearance.

Can only guess at this point. You will have to pull the wheel off and inspect it.
