You can't go smaller than 17" due to clearance issues with the front rotors. Check with your local tire store for options. Maybe they have some used ones as mentioned. If you buy only two, the should be installed on the driven wheels for maximum traction.

The vehicle is equipped with a battery drain protection feature. It will shut things down if it notices a drain on the battery automatically and turn things off to avoid draining the battery.
