  1. That only works for recharging the flux capacitor.
  2. I forgot about this thread. Whatever module the dealer replaced when we complained about the clock running fast fixed it. We have not had to adjust the time since.
  3. Anything other than OEM is an upgrade.
  4. As stated above. Disconnect the battery for about a half an hour and let everything reset. Without knowing the sopecifics of your vehicle, it's kinda hard to offer more advice.
  5. Not that I have seen anywhere. Get a grill off an 09-11 before they split the grill.
  6. On our 09 2.4L SXT, the alternator started making a loud whining sound. It was still operational, just noisy. Dealer replaced it under warranty.
  7. Why didn't you just buy a blacktop.... Lol
  8. Hard to believe it burned to that point and did not blow a fuse. I curious as well what the dealer will say.
  9. Yes. Or you can get a "real" one from harbor freight for like $10.
  10. Gotta get a mechanics stethoscope and isolate it. Could be anything that is rotating.
  11. What does your owners manual say?
  12. Unfortunately if it's still not working you will have to pony up and pay the diagnostic fee for the dealer to investigate. Thats standard operating procedure. Pay for an hours worth of labor to diagnose if you are out of warranty.
  13. I got a cheap set of all weather mats off amazon for half the cost. Look good, perform the same function as the high dollar ones (where you are paying mostly for the name, kinda like cold air intakes).
  14. If they recommend premium, it will be stated inside the gas door or on the gas cap. My Eclipse is that way. It will run on regular, but there is a sticker inside the gas door that says "Premium gas recommended". It is tuned to run best on premium from the factory. From what I've read, the ecoboost does recommend premium gas.
  15. Welcome to the forum. What was the actual code? It's probably the intake manifold tuning valve. Common problem on the 2.4. Had the same thing happen to our 2009. It's either the solenoid or the valve itself. On ours it was the solenoid. Luckily we had an extended warranty which covered the repair. They replaced the solenoid and it fixed it. If it's the valve itself, it's a lot more expensive because they have to replace the whole intake manifold. It's not repairable. You're going to have to take it to a dealer or shop to have it properly diagnosed. This is assuming you have the 2.4 since you don't state what year or engine.
  16. No worries. You will learn. If you search around in this section, there are a few threads concerning upgrading to the bigger screen. Have a look around.
  17. I just use my phone. Never wanted nav. Lots of vehicles in the product line use the same unit. Such garbage. They are all junk!!! Bahahaha!!!
  18. Ok. You managed to quote your own post. Still need vehicle details.
  19. That was From 3 years ago. And if someone comes on here and asks intelligent questions and explains things, I have no problem helping. But start saying how much of a pos your vehicle is, how you will never drive a dodge again, dodge sucks, you wasted all you money on this car, blah, blah, blah. You're not getting any help from me because you've already reached your own conclusion. So why keep bitching? Just to bitch and talk trash about dodge. I'll give it right back to those types of posters.
  20. Your owners manual has this info. Or you can download one here. Also it is helpful if you state the year and engine type of your Journey. http://www.dodgejourneyforum.com/topic/7566-get-your-owners-manuals-here/
  21. What year? What type of display? Add more info please.
