  1. Do you drive it like you stole it?
  2. x2 ^^ Intake manifold has to come off. Not an extremely difficult task, but if you have never done it before, take lots of picturs so you know where everything goes when you put it back together.
  3. Cannot see the tires in those pictures. What brand are they? Where do you normally drive?
  4. I would never own one but you seriously can't beat 50 mpg. I rented one in a business trip once. Drove it for like a week and used only a 1/4 tank of gas. But, I like my mid-20's daily driver.
  5. 46-1/4" across the top. @53-1/2" across the bottom. 16-1/2" tall at the edges. 18-1/2" tall at the center.
  6. LMAO!!! Gotta love it. Another one post wonder. I love my Journey. Maybe you should try Renault. I hear those French folks make some pretty solid vehicles.
  7. Had the same issue with our 09. Just get the intake runner valve repaired. Everything else is being caused by that. Sometimes it is just the actuator (as was the case with ours), other times the intake does need to be replaced. This will cause you to lose power everywhere as the valve fluctuates to allow more or less air into the manifold depending on engine load conditions. Not too sure about the transmission overheating unless it's because the engine is straining so much to get the vehicle moving. But, yes. I would get the specific code before just replacing the entire manifold because, as stated, it could be just the actuator.
  8. Simple really, remove one of your steelies, install the new wheel, see if the lugs will work.
  9. Personally I'll never use them again. Had some on another vehicle of mine. Ended up snapping wheel studs off. Coincidence? Maybe. But I have never had studs snap off on any other vehicle I've owned. Only the one with the spacers. Just my experience. Others will have different ones.
  10. Have purchased 3 vehicles from carmax. Including our current DJ. Never had a problem. They have given us top dollar in our trades each time. I will continue to use them.
  11. Should fit width and height wise no problem. It's the length I'd be worried about. And, no, thats NOT what she said.
  12. Google the part number. Lots of places. Here's one. http://www.factorymoparparts.com/68068736aa.html . Welcome to the forum.
  13. Since you started another thread on the same thing, this one is closed.
  14. Oil capacity is 6 qts if you have the 3.6L so it was not overfilled. I have changed mine every 6k/6000 miles since we got it, but this time I'm waiting till the oil change light somes on. The oil change frequency is totally dependant on personal choice. Since you used a premium filter and oil, wait, Thats why you bought it. It's throwing money away doing it sooner.
  15. Indeed. So why do you keep bumping them??
