  1. Check for vacuum leaks too. Welcome to the forum.
  2. Fronts just press in like normal. Since I do my own brakes and I have 5 vehicles, I purchased a brake tool set off amazon for like $60. It has all adapters necessary to do brakes on just about every car out there.
  3. I think he's talking about lights underneath the door that come on and illuminate the ground around the door area. Not the lights that shine into the door storage pocket. I have those too.
  4. And hope they joined the right forum before asking the question.
  5. Usually the dome light wires run up the a-pillar. Not sure which wires or what side. Probably have to pull the trim pieces off to find them first, then backprobe the wires to find the correct ones. Hopefully someone will post a link to the FSM for the Journey someday that has wiring diagrams. I can't seem to find one anywhere.
  6. Well there you go ^^....learn something new every day!
  7. Ebc is good stuff imo overpriced. I had good luck just using Brakebest from my local auto parts store. Anything other than factory is an upgrade.
  8. Other than electrically disconnecting it, nope. It could not be on that long if you are just adjusting your seating.
  9. True. I like it though cause it shows road hazards, hiddeN police and other things normal GPS wont show you. When I first started using it, every time I would touch it it would pop a warning up saying "whoa, are you the driver" kinda thing and I would have to tell it I was the passenger so I could do things. I guess they tried to make it safe. Mostly I like the custom voices you can choose. Ever want a laugh, choose Elvis as the voice...."a-turn left, baby and then, a-turn right".. LMAO!...
  10. Gotta love offset nipples. Did I just go there??
  11. Yes, even if you have all the hardware, dealer still needs to "activate" the feature via starscan tool.
  12. I only liked it for the comedy channels. But not enough to renew.
  13. They were never "required" in the U.S.. They were permitted but not required starting in 1995. Just goes to show how knowledgable service managers are. Lol
  14. OK. Lets start with what year your vehicle is, what engine, how many miles? By "not starting" do you mean not turning over or turning over but not starting? What were the circumstances around the no start condition? First thing in the morning after sitting outside all night? After driving to work? etc. Is it started now or are you waiting on an answer from the forum? P0740 should have nothing to do with the car not starting. P0740 is torque converter clutch malfunction. Please give us more detail. Could be as simple as a dead battery.
  15. There is a service charge for everything unless covered by warranty. Probably an hours labor.
  16. Please read this thread: http://www.dodgejourneyforum.com/topic/6106-daytime-running-lights-please-read-before-starting-a-thread/
  17. Like I said. Whatever makes you happy. I'll stop jonesing over it....
  18. That kit does say 2011. I'd make double sure it works with newer models. You are going to lose a bunch of functionality but more power to you. Post up the results if you can make it work.
  19. Journey SeXT is spot on with these TSB's. Lol. From the looks if it, dealer needs to re flash a module. Says 0.2 hours. So, figure the hourly labor rate of wherever you take it and that's how much it will cost. Provided that's the issue. Post back!! : )
  20. Lol. No worries. Did you physically check all the fuses?
