  1. Definitely a dealer visit. One thing you can check on your owwn is make sure all the battery connections are tight and clean.
  2. Year? Mileage? I assume you're talking about a Dodge Journey, but without stating, we don't really know.
  3. They give you everything needed to install an aftermarket head unit or speakers.
  4. Your owners manual is a great source of information on maintenance schedules for your car. Personally, I dont wait for the light. 6 months/6000 miles. Full synthetic.
  5. LMGTFY: Chrysler Corporation LLC. has released a new engine coolant for 2013 model year vehicles and beyond. Mopar Antifreeze/Coolant 10-year/150,000 mile formula p/n 68163848AA (concentrate) / p/n 68163849AA (50/50 mixture) $53.35/gallon (concentrate) / MSRP $33.35/gallon (50/50 mixture) The use of aluminum cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, and water pumps requires special corrosion protection. Mopar® Antifreeze/Coolant, or the equivalent ethylene-glycol base coolant with organic corrosion inhibitors (called OAT, for Organic Additive Technology) is recommended. This coolant offers the best engine cooling without corrosion when mixed with 50% ethylene-glycol and 50% distilled water to obtain a freeze point of -37°C (-35°F). If it loses color or becomes contaminated, drain, flush, and replace with fresh properly mixed coolant solution. OAT coolant is purple in color. It cannot be mixed with other types of coolant including Chrysler's existing HOAT coolant and only should only be mixed with approved OAT coolant of the same color. Maintenance of the cooling system is not required unless a repair has been made with loss of coolant or the coolant has been contaminated. More info > http://articles.sae.org/11284/

  9. I've purchased them from ebay before. Never had a problem. You could also try some local locksmiths or other online retailers like amazon or this place. http://www.keylessentryremotefob.com/05026376_AE_DODGE_Factory_OEM_KEY_FOB_Keyless_Entr_p/05026376ae.htm
  10. The rear things are mufflers. The resonator is further toward the engine under the car.
  11. If the CEL is on, there should be a code, as thats the only thing that normally would make it come on. Try disconnecting the battery for awhile to reset everything and see if that makes the light go off. As stated, otherwise it could be a computer malfunction. FYI, I do not believe the key on-off thing works on OBD2 vehicles, you probably need an actyal code reader.
  12. Welcome to toe forum. What garage did you use? As stated above, this may be a dealer only fix if software needs to be updated.
  13. Did you get a warranty with it? Have you had it checked out at all?
  14. Oh, there 19's...never mind. No way I want them anyway. Tires are too dang expensive...
  15. I use 5w-30, which is what I believe the owners manual calls for. There is a temperature chart which shows which oil is best suited for different temperature ranges in the owners manual. IMO, 10W-30 is too thick for todays tight engine tolerances. I only use 10W-30 on my older, high mileage vehicles. Welcome to the forum! Edit: I use 5W-30, not 5W-20.
  16. I wish bluetooth was standard. With laws becoming even more stringent on the use of cell phones while driving, you'd think the automakers would make it standard on all models.
  17. WAIT!! Trade me your chrome clads for my aluminum.....plastidip sticks better to aluminum and I want chrome wheels!!
