Welcome to the forum. First off, try to isolate where the sound is coming from. Engine? Under the dash? Under the seats? Where is the vent position set? Dash vents, floor, defrost? Is it dependant on blower setting? Does it make the sound moving? Sitting still? All the time? It's kinda hard to tell you if it will be costly without a little more detail.

Whats "special" about it? Was there some obscure RPO code where you could order one with a hemi????

Shocks should not be leaking with that many miles and should be covered by warranty. The 3 year, 36000 miles is bumper to bumper. I would argue this point with the dealer who is trying to say they are not covered. Unless you are like taking it off road and doing jumps and stuff.....

It should be able to handle moderate mud and ruts with the right tires and driver technique, just know it's not a Ram and it's not a 4wd vehicle that is designed to go "off roading". Realize the vehicles capabilities before you get into a situation you or the vehicle is not prepared for.

^^ Yeah that. There should be all the necessary contact info you need in your owners manual. They usually prefer you address warranty issues with your local dealer though.

^^ Yep, front pistons just push in, unlike the backs which need to be turned and pushed at the same time. Unbolt the calipers, remove the rotor, compress the piston, (remove the brake reservoir cap and check the level while compressing the piston as it could overflow), re-install. Dont forget to lube the caliper slides.

What are you attempting to connect to the USB? I know in mine, it does not like my Iphone so I just used the aux. input.

Why dont you go ahead and remove it,. drive through a tankful of gas and see if it improves your mileage? I think it has been stated before, if the engineers who designed the car thought it would provide any benefit by not having it there, it would not be there. More air to the engine wont do anything for you without more fuel. The stoichiometric mixture for a gasoline engine is the ideal ratio (15:1) of air to fuel to allow all fuel to be burned with no excess air. The computer maintains the 15:1 ratio all the time regardless of how much or little air enters the intake manifold. That little felt piece does nothing to alter this.

Winter blend gas causes lower MPG's. Our 2013 SXT, FWD also had right at 13k mile3s. I am quite pleased as we are averaging 18-19 around town. As fas as the heater goes, guess it depends on what your definition of "to take awhile" is and how cold it is outside.

Cant say it enough. Get yourself a code scanner. Dealer will charge you @100 to read that code. You can buy a scanner for cheap these days and check the code yourself without having to go to the dealer.

If the MIL comes on at all, anytime, it stores the code in the computer. Even if the light turns off on its own, the code will still be in there. The dealer should know this and scan it anyway. Get yourself a code scanner. You can buy basic ones for @$20. It's the best tool I have. Pays for itself the first time you use it. You could have someting as simople as a flaky sensor causing this. The scanner will tell you.

Also the rear AC drains there. Mine leaves a puddle of water on the garage floor all the time.

OK, Open your hood, see that huge plastic cover on the engine? On the left rear is a removable cap that says "remove for oil filter service", under this is the oil filter. It is an internal oil filter and only certain auto parts stores carry them (O'reillys for me and it's @$10) i.e. you cant get it at walmart. Not sure what socket size you need, but you just unscrew the filter from the engine using a socket and extension. Unfortunately you still have to get underneath to drain the oil.
