    If it's LED, @$100 is correct for even used ones. They are not cheap. Only way to find one cheaper is to get one from a junk yard.

    "Running into it" as in using another vehicle to run into the back of the Journey? If so, it is probably damaged now and will need to take it to a body shop to see if they can open it...not the brightest idea I've ever heard ....

    The place for it is behind a little square cover on the lower front bumper. Not sure if a hook is actually installed there or not, but I believe there is a threaded hole there to install one.
