Probably need to replace the throttle body. -
But.....it is possible.....they should bolt right in. Now, all the electronics, airbags, etc....thats another story. But, yes, it is possible....

You replaced the battery and now it won't work? Did you observe polarity when replacing the battery? They should not lose programming simply by replacing the battery.

P2563? Do you have a turbo because that code is for turbo boost control position sensor circuit..... You can clean the carbon out yourself with seafoam. Look it up on you tube.

Higher mileage flushes store not recommended unless it has had regular flushes all along.

Engine runs fine with all the oil in the cooling system? I can't imagine for long...Pressure test the cooling system for starters. Could be the internal transmission cooler in the radiator has ruptured.
