  1. Copper core plugs wear out faster. Exceeding the limit will risk mileage decrease and possible engine running issues. I think I went to 35k before I changed mine and they looked fine. You can experiment and see how long you can mke the original plugs last. I think someone on here went to like 80k on the OEM plugs and the gap was about 1/2"...lol Change them every 30k and use OEM plugs. The engine runs best on copper core OEM plugs. It takes maybe 30 minutes to change them. Better safe than sorry.
  2. Way different. A lot of wiring would be involved. It would probably physically fit as the dimensions have not changed over the years.
  3. It says the clip is included. So when you do the brakes, if yours has a clip, one will be provided. If yours does not have a clip, you won’t need the included one. Discard it.
  4. Hit up junkyards or your local dealer to purchase one.
  5. If it’s under factory warranty, Carmax will sub it out to the dealer. They are not stupid. Or at least the one by me is not. Why would they waste their time working on something that is covered by factory warranty? You should be asking them that. You can also take it there yourself if they won’t. Any dodge dealer will work on it. What I didn’t read in this post and you have not made clear, is have you tried the outlet with the engine running? Some outlets are only powered when the engine is running.
  6. If it’s like any other Dodge vehicle, the transmissions only like OEM filters. Aftermarket tends to cause issues later on.
  7. I didn’t use canbus on my 2013 and never had an issue. Others have. Kinda hit or miss.
  8. Wait! How come your not screaming that you hate Dodge and will never buy another one?? Lol
  9. No. There is not. Should have bought one with rear air if that is a necessity.
  10. Welcome to the forum. What year is your Journey? Did you get a warranty? How many miles? Assume we know nothing about your vehicle (which we don’t) and include as much info as you can so we can better assist you.
  11. Looking for some more moderator volunteers. Put your name in the hat. Respond below.
  12. Probably glazed the pads. Replace everything with quality aftermarket parts.
  13. Newer vehicles require dealer or locksmith. Sometimes you are lucky on simpler remotes but you need two working remotes to program a third. As things get more complicated, the cost goes up. That's the world we live in, crazy as it sounds.
  14. Welcome too the forum!
