Funny how that works......people complain about a problem, solutions are given but not taken,...lol

Maybe try an actual dealership if no one can figure out why your brake pedal goes to the floor and you can't stop the vehicle. It's not rocket science. I question the competence of the shops you are using. You have two choices: Install the bigger brakes as was suggested to you, (which probably won't fix the issue of the brake pedal going to the floor) or, sell it before you injure yourself or someone else by driving a vehicle with no brakes. You have a master cylinder or brake booster issue if there are no brake fluid leaks and the pedal still goes to the floor. Edit: There is absolutely no reason to resort to throwing insults at the people trying to help you. Familiarize yourself with the forum rules before you get yourself banned.

You think he’s still obsessed with this forum? Lol. Or he’s obsessed with me personally. Haha!

LOL....What? If you are getting air into the brake system, there is a leak somewhere. You need to fix that. Installing larger brakes (rotors/calipers/pads) won't fix a leak unless it is a caliper that is leaking. In that case, you can just fix the leaking caliper and not have to go to the expense of upgrading the brake size.

Moved to the correct section. Factory or aftermarket alarm?

Russians. It’s always the Russians.

OBD code P0054 refers to the bank one O2 sensor 2. Nothing to do with your issues.

Please only post the same topic once.

Wiring harness that goes between the body and the rear hatch is a known failure point. Wires get worn from constant bending when opening the hatch. Might check that. What does he mean by "error code 54"? Was it preceded by a "P"? "U"? etc.....that would give us a clue.

17’s should clear the front caliper. Install to verify.

You only need to post once about your issue. Posting in different sections leads to confusion and clutter.

Big brake kit to repace crappy OE brakes?
jkeaton replied to biturbo's topic in Brake, Chassis & Suspension
Lol. No one? Who’s looked at it so far? -
If that's where it's leaking from, then yes.

Keep your foot firmly on the brake until the transmission engages.

rear differential Rear Differential 2013 Dodge Journey RT AWD
jkeaton replied to dmonteau's topic in All Wheel Drive (AWD)
I can't believe a tow truck operator would knowingly tow an AWD vehicle the wrong way. Towing companies are registered, licensed and have insurance and thus should know proper procedures to follow. They should have been able to tell right away when they started moving the vehicle on just two wheels that it was AWD. -
Which is why I said we are not familiar with the diesel in the U.S.

Not familiar with diesels here in the U.S.

Any idea what area of the vehicle the whine is coming from? Front? Back? Front passenger seat? Kids in the back seat?

The TSB involves reprogramming the PCM, so, unless you have access to the proper STAR scan tool, it's a dealer only update.
