  1. Bad choice of replacement plugs. Good luck.
  2. Should have stuck with OEM copper core. These engines do not like anything else. Good luck. May run fine for awhile, but you will probably notice mileage changes, etc.
  3. Need to know what the code is. The car is literally telling you whats wrong.
  4. Mine makes all sorts of weird sounds on start up. Always has. If it concerns you that much, get a second opinion and then press the dealership to make whatever repair is deemed necessary (assuming you have some sort of written service contract).
  5. You will void your warranty knowingly using a product designed for a GM vehicle in a FCA vehicle.
  6. 2.4L is about as simple as you can get. Don't overthink it. Took me maybe 30 mins from start to finish. That's including beer breaks.
  7. I do believe that’s been suggested at least once......
  8. You need to find out if it's engine related or transmission related.....when was your last plug change? 151kms should be on your 3rd plug change with the 2.4L.
  9. Make sure you check the dates on the tires. A lot of reviews I've read on them are they try to sell you old tires. That plus premature belt breakage. Don't rely on consumer reports as your only source of reviews. They are known to be biased to whomever pads their wallets.
  10. You can jump the pressure switch to force the compressor to run.
  11. Moved to the correct section. Please read the section descriptions so you post in the correct area. This section is for forum suggestions. Not technical discussions. Here is the link link you are looking for. http://www.dodgejourneyforum.com/topic/9364-new-here-where-is-the-pcv-valve/
  12. You posted in the photos and videos section. Search the forum, there are a couple of threads on the location of the PCV valve.
  13. Moved to the correct section of the forum. It's under the intake manifold....good luck...This might help. https://workshop-manuals.com/dodge/journey_awd/v6-3.5l/powertrain_management/computers_and_control_systems/knock_sensor/component_information/service_and_repair/knock_sensor_removal/
  14. Last year Tesla was the only car company to assemble 100% of their cars in America. The only others that came close were Jeep, Cadillac, and Dodge which barely broke 80%. Tesla makes 100% of their cars in California.
  15. Not to get off topic, but we had the highest corporate tax rate in the world. Of course businesses relocated. If you want 100% American made, buy a Tesla.
  16. You will need to check the lemon laws in your state.
  17. Agreed. Dang, looks pretty ugly under there....If you are looking for weight reduction, instead of relocating the spare, ditch it and the 20 lb jack/tools that go along with it. Do a rear seat delete. Get some carbon fiber rotors, lighter wheels, delete the roof rack.....how much "faster" are you wanting to go anyway?
