Rock auto lists the same sensor for both upstream and downstream. 4 wire. Along with autozone, advance, etc.

Cars twice as old dont have all the computers and electronics on cars these days. You cant compare the two. I'd be looking for a used TB from a junk yard. I see you're in Canada. Too bad, I can buy a new TB from a parts store for less than $200 and install it myself.

Oh. I read it wrong then. Sounded like you were going to purchase cross bars "at some point" but wanted to start using a carrier now. Personally I'd spring for the lifters. Having to push the lid up far enough for the levers to lock so the lid stays up on the one I have is quite challenging.

Good to know..

I have not see a roof cargo carrier that does not sit directly on the roof surface without cross bars, so I can't recommend anything. I have both a hard case and a soft case. For the hard case, I installed rubber "feet" at the roof contact points to protect the paint. The soft one really needs nothing as it's, well, soft..lol. IMHO, you are overthinking it.....

You should be good then. I think the interval is @100,000 miles. Owners manual maintenance schedule will tell you.

I have had minimal issues with both our DJ's. Others have had nightmares. All manufacturers have one model or another that bites them in the behind. Good luck with whatever you do.

Just a heads up, don't know how many miles 71000 km's is but the 3.5 has a timing belt that needs to be changed at certain mileage intervals.

There is not a readily available passenger power seat conversion. I'm sure it can be done, but is the payback worth the effort and cost? How many times does your passenger need to adjust the seat?

Agree. ^^ Unfortunately, it will just take time, multiple cleanings and lots of air fresheners.

Wow!! I've never seen that interior color before! Looks in great condition! Very nice! Welcome to the group!

Thanks for the update! Always nice to hear good reports from another happy Journey owner! Be sure to continue posting your positive impressions so we can all get that warm fuzzy feeling!

I'd have to agree that with the long spark plug change interval it could be the converter. I'd go ahead and replace all sensors at this point.

I understand. Not everyone has the same experience.

Thank you!

So then it's not those parts....check the brake lines as mentioned above.

Some people on here absolutely hate aftermarket warranties. I've had aftermarket warranties through Carmax on both our Journeys. Never had an issue with getting a repair done. and covered by the extended aftermarket warranty.
-
Very wise decision as long as you purchased an extended warranty! Welcome to the forum. I hear in a few years, californication will ban gas powered automobiles, so glad you got one before the ban sets in.....

x3 on emblems. I prefer them.

When I have a question such as this, I go and remove the bulb and check the depth myself. Best way to get an accurate answer. Go with the shortest bulb you can when in doubt.

You need to get it scanned for codes in order to determine a course of action, otherwise, we are all just guessing. Parts stores will read the codes for you. Once you have the codes, post them here and we can help. All vehicles have issues. Some are more bothersome than others. Good luck with whatever you decide to do with it.
