  1. You can disconnect the battery from inside the engine compartment. Design does not suck. Pretty common these days. Welcome to the forum!
  2. http://www.dodgejourneyforum.com/topic/5916-rear-fog-lights/
  3. Didn't know we had a battery temp sensor....at any rate, it may cause a check engine light, but it won't cause any driveability issues....
  4. 2016? How many miles? I also assume you are out of warranty if the dealer is charging you labor rates? Agree with Steven. Dealer is the best place to diagnose the issue. Is the check engine light on? Is the oil level correct? Battery connections good?
  5. It's been discussed endlessly and a common complaint. Usually the strut isolators. Ours were replaced under warranty due to clunking. Lasted about a year before they started clunking again. Replace crappy factory parts with the same crappy factory parts is a lesson in futility. If you search this section, it is probably the most common topic here.
  6. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but if you have lost reverse and having gear sticking issues going forward, there is something internally wrong with the transmission that probably can't be diagnosed over the internet. Get it to a proper transmission repair facility and at least have them perform an inspection that should not cost an arm and a leg, then you can decide if it's worth it to repair.

    Hello from Italy

What he said.... ^^ Need more info on the vehicle you are considering.
  8. On ours, heat only comes out the floor vents. Only blows out the roof vents in AC mode.
  9. Good deal. Ours has never made any noise. Make sure you can duplicate it for the dealer.
  10. Yup. You should still be under factory warranty. Use it.
  11. Transmission shudders are a common issue/complaint that 98% of the time is completely normal. We've lived with our shudder for 4 years and 75,000 miles without any issues., I'd say use your warranty if you are concerned.
  12. As long as its not in the "hot" range, it is fine.
  13. The ac compressor will turn on and off by itself to control humidity levels in the cabin regardless of the HVAC panel setting.
  14. Trace the dome light wiring. That’s what I usually do. Will involve removing various trim pieces and a meter to figure out which wires are hot and ground.
  15. I'll contact the admins about creating a section specifically for this.
  16. Have seen a few people complain about that issue. Don't have a solution. Good luck!
  17. @DodgeCares See above. Possible? I'll assist any way I can.
  18. Yes it can cause that. You will need to fight it’s out with the dealer. Go up the chain of command if you are not getting the results you expect from the local dealer.
