  1. Assuming a Journey since he asked in this forum but you never know these days. Lol
  2. Agree with the above. Have it checked out. It will most likely be older with high mileage. Craigslist is your best bet for something that cheap. There are plenty of Journeys around me for $5000 and under. They have a bunch of miles on them though.
  3. No. Read all the posts in this thread. It needs to be activated by the dealer. And currently the activation code is not available.
  4. A small amount of oil in the intake is normal. Here are a couple threads on the PCV valve location.
  5. Gaining 3 mpg by deleting the intake resonator?? Man, why didn't the engineers figure this one out??
  6. Once you put photos out on the internet, anyone can use the, For whatever purpose.
  7. Should have checked into that before you bought it...lol
  8. No such engine exists in the Journey. If you mean 2.4, max towing weight is 1000 lbs. 2500 lbs for the 3.6.
  9. YITAMOTOR 2 X HID White Gold 9005 CREE 60W WHITE LED HEADLIGHT Conversion Kit Bulbs Lamp YITAMOTOR 2 X NEW HID White Cree 60W Gold 9006 HB4 LED Headlight Conversion Kit Bulbs US This is what my order history shows.
  10. Links are old. No. The low and high beams use different bulbs. Bulb sizes can be found in the bulb size sticky in this section.
  11. It won't shut it off but you will get an annoying dinging sound and a message on the EVIC telling you the FOB has left the building.
  12. Make sure someone is not playing a trick on you by installing one of these in your tailpipe.
  13. As long as you are still under warranty and the dealer installed OEM parts, your warranty should remain intact.
  14. The comment was not directed at you mdewitt71. The poster above you complaining about having to pay $300 to get the sunroof drains cleared. If don't have a Journey anymore?
  15. It's not the car or the sunroofs problem you don't properly maintain it.
  16. Don't think anyone on here has. There are videos on you tube for similar models. Pretty much just unbolting stuff to get to it and unbolting the rack and installing a new one. I've replaced racks on other vehicles before without prior knowledge. Just need to get under it and see what all is involved.
  17. Most auto parts store scanners don't read the BCM, which is what controls ABS. You may get lucky, maybe not. Call first. Check your brake fluid level and did you tell the dealer the light came on after the ABS recall fix? I'd press them on that. Did you get any paperwork listing any warranty for the repair? Another thing you can do is pull each wheel and inspect the sensor, tone ring and wiring.
