  1. Pushing 60k now and mine has had occasional hard shifting from day 1. I just learned to modify my driving habits to minimize it.
  2. Contact uconnect? There are customer support phone numbers listed on the website. That's probably the only way.
  3. Moved to the correct section. Sounds like the radio module itself went bad. Have you tried disconnecting the battery for a bit to reset everything even though you have already replaced the screen?
  4. Get up underneath it and move stuff around. Pull the rear wheels off and see if anything is loose. Move the exhaust pipes around, etc... or, schedule an appt, with your servicing dealer.

  6. Common problem and common complaint. Welcome to the forum.
  7. Won't do anything power or mileage wise. Will make the intake sound louder. Welcome to the forum.
  8. Wonder what kind of electrical that local shop specializes in?
  9. Good to hear the problem is solved. Thanks for reporting back.
  10. Huh? I was always under the impression that an alternator produces voltage to charge the battery and power the electrical system when the vehicle is running. First I've heard of an alternator needing voltage from the computer to operate correctly.

  13. Welcome to the forum! Nice introduction. Glad to have you here.
  14. While I'm sure there are skilled enough to "eyeball" the tie rod length, it's always a good idea to have the alignment checked when replacing front end parts. I know firestone does courtesy alignment checks. If the dealer is refusing, go get it checked somewhere so you can go back if it's off and make them do the alignment.
  15. When I went to LED's, I turned my DRL's off so I wouldn't be driving around all day blinding people. There is a certain amount of common sense that needs to be referenced when changing OEM headlight bulbs.
  16. Agreed. Have the cooking system checked out.
