  1. I've messaged the admin numerous times. Maybe if we all gang up on him, he would be more inclined to look into it...lol
  2. I have the problem occasionally. I just slow the pump down.
  3. My son picked this up yesterday. Recent college graduate and landed a really good job just last week. Guess the money was burning a hole in his pocket...2016 Challenger R/T with the blacktop package. This thing is loaded.
  4. Same here. It is pretty much useless on mobile.
  5. Does it say it's for your particular vehicle? Why would you buy something you are not sure will work?
  6. Yes. There are a couple of threads. Not sure the exact location. This new forum format is not very user friendly. You can try to use the search function.
  7. Welcome to the forum! Beer solves everything! Only thing I can think of is there has been some reports of the wiring that goes between the body and the tailgate getting damaged inside the wire loom. Might start there.
  8. This ^^. Jack it up and try to isolate the sound. It could be anything. If you can't do this, brake places or independent shops normally wont charge you to diagnose an issue.
  9. As the recall states: "could cause a crash without warning". Sounds pretty dangerous to me.
  10. Agree with the above. Depends on how long you intend to keep it. Even a small things cost a lot of money on cars these days. It's generally frowned upon by some members here, but we purchased an aftermarket bumper to bumper warranty through CarMax on ours with a $100 deductible. I've dealt with them before and never had a problem getting repairs approved. I take it to my Dodge dealer and they honor the CarMax warranty. Can't go wrong with a manufacturer warranty though. I highly recommend it. First time your radio or nav craps out and you are out of warranty, you will wish you purchased one. You have to decide if it's worth it to you to pay now or pay later. If you plan on keeping the car, get the warranty.
  11. There are disks of the manual available on ebay. For example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-DODGE-JOURNEY-Service-INFORMATION-Repair-Shop-Manual-CD-DVD-OEM-BRAND-NEW-/161228077166?hash=item2589f1386e:g:mC4AAOxyMDpR6au~&vxp=mtr
  12. I can't imagine it would be worthwhile to do considering you might brick some module somewhere and void your warranty.
  13. Join the club. Admins are looking into the issue.
  14. The entire console? Don't think so. If you do, post some pics.
  15. This happens to me all the time. All I get is the first post of the thread. Sometimes refreshing works, most times not. Frustrating as hell. I've reported to Robert but not sure anything can be done. Don't understand the need to have to update the site everytime a new version comes out. I cant do jack shit moderator wise anymore.
  16. Air bag issues are something best left to the dealer to diagnose.
  17. Even I can't delete posts. I used to be able to in the old format. Not anymore. All I can do is "hide" them.
  18. I personally hate this new format. It's terrible on my mobile.
  19. Were you able to start it back up? Has it done it since? Have you had anyone look into the issue?
  20. Sorry this happened. I check my oil level every time I fill up with gas. So, after the oil change it was still making the same noise? It must have gone somewhere. Either burning or leaking. It is certainly not normal for that much oil to be used. On a side note, even though there may not be oil on the dipstick, there is still oil in the pan. It's not completely dry. Not saying it was not completely dry. Hard to tell without opening it up.
