Good luck. I've said that for many a vehicle.

Is it auto or manual? I'm assuming auto, but your post reads like its a manual ("moving between gears"). Can you describe in more detail? Is your foot firmly on the brake? Someone spill a drink into the console around the shifter handle?

Newer models don't come with cross rails. So your looking at just removing the side rails. They are bolted to the roof I would assume.

Thank you for the follow up.

Good luck with the move! Hopefully it's better than the move to this new forum format. Haha

Should fit. Probably folded. Box spring is another issue entirely.

I drove it at the dealership yesterday. Thing is sneaky fast....that 8 speed auto is smooth as silk..he's headed back to Charlotte to his house today. Maybe I'll get to drive it again someday...haha

I've messaged the admin numerous times. Maybe if we all gang up on him, he would be more inclined to look into it...lol

My son picked this up yesterday. Recent college graduate and landed a really good job just last week. Guess the money was burning a hole in his pocket...2016 Challenger R/T with the blacktop package. This thing is loaded.

Same here. It is pretty much useless on mobile.

Oil filter now contains a free floating bypass filter

Does it say it's for your particular vehicle? Why would you buy something you are not sure will work? -
Yes. There are a couple of threads. Not sure the exact location. This new forum format is not very user friendly. You can try to use the search function.

Welcome to the forum! Beer solves everything! Only thing I can think of is there has been some reports of the wiring that goes between the body and the tailgate getting damaged inside the wire loom. Might start there.

This ^^. Jack it up and try to isolate the sound. It could be anything. If you can't do this, brake places or independent shops normally wont charge you to diagnose an issue.

Agree with the above. Depends on how long you intend to keep it. Even a small things cost a lot of money on cars these days. It's generally frowned upon by some members here, but we purchased an aftermarket bumper to bumper warranty through CarMax on ours with a $100 deductible. I've dealt with them before and never had a problem getting repairs approved. I take it to my Dodge dealer and they honor the CarMax warranty. Can't go wrong with a manufacturer warranty though. I highly recommend it. First time your radio or nav craps out and you are out of warranty, you will wish you purchased one. You have to decide if it's worth it to you to pay now or pay later. If you plan on keeping the car, get the warranty.

There are disks of the manual available on ebay. For example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/2014-DODGE-JOURNEY-Service-INFORMATION-Repair-Shop-Manual-CD-DVD-OEM-BRAND-NEW-/161228077166?hash=item2589f1386e:g:mC4AAOxyMDpR6au~&vxp=mtr

I can't imagine it would be worthwhile to do considering you might brick some module somewhere and void your warranty.

Join the club. Admins are looking into the issue.

The entire console? Don't think so. If you do, post some pics.
