Yes we just bought the lifetime bumper to bumper on our 2013 with 38,000 miles on it. We bought the car brand new with 6 miles. They charged us $3,500 for it.

Wow 2016 Journeys are the same as last years. Its crazy having the same vehicle running 6 years in a row with no changes.

Those are some lame colors, when they have limited colors like that I think its a sign for a short model year. That means new Journey coming soon!!! I could be wrong tho. -
Ok I found what the problem is, the hose was not connected to the hood, but I still have to take it to the dealer because the tee where the hose connects broke off. I'm glad its not the washer motor. Thanks for all the help!

I'll pop the hood this evening when I get home. Oh and the back wiper does spray. I'll let y'all know what I find. Thanks for all the help.

I have a 2013 DJ AWD it has 33,000mi on it and the front window washer don't work, the resivore is full and it sounds like the washer pump is working. What could the issue be. I will have my dealer take a look at on next oil change. But I'd like to know if someone else has experienced this issue and know what the problem is so I could fix it before I take to the dealer. I live about 45 min away from the dealer I deal with, so I wouldn't want to make a special trip.

Hi everyone I was on carcomplaints.com and I looked at the 2009 DJ. They said to adviod the 2009 DJ like the plague, would you guys agree? The 2009 DJ had a lot of complaints but 2011 up has very little, I compared the 2011 DJ to other vehicles in its class and the Journey seems pretty reliable. But when I look at Consumer Reports (CR) it says the DJ is one of the most unreliable SUV. Do you guys think carcomplaints.com and CR are reliable sources?
