It's the shifter, there is a switch in the shifter when it goes into park it enables the truck to start. Try jiggling the shifter and it should start. Mines been doing it since I've got it but its been doing it more lately so its going in the shop on friday.

It's the shifter, the only way to start it is in park. There is a switch that must engage in order to start. mine started to do this a month after I got it, we even called roadside for a boost. A month later it wouldn't start again(only a click) so I jiggled the shifter and voila she started. Its got worse and more often so I am taking her in on friday. I'll keep you informed.

Why would you want to shut off DRL, they run on the high beams. Just install HID on your low beam.

What is the brand and name of the kit? Did you install it yourself? Put up some pics. I'm a little skeptical to buy one, don't want it to affect the warranty on electrical. Did you do both hi and low beam?
