Back windows now blacked out......what I wanted originally, happy with it now as you can't see through from the sides or the back -
Perhaps you fear that once you go Black, you might not want to go Back? The picture above seems to make a point that you can bet on Black

What about the CAI for the dodge journey 2014 CVP 2.4L? Anyone have the part #? -
jkeaton...that looks wicked by the way. Good job fella

This is new for me because in my old car, I could just reach and place the suction cup to the windshield....on the Dodge Journey that isn't easily doable. Where do you guys place you GPS and which holder do you use? This is just plain asking for trouble http://www.skidmore.edu/~pdwyer/portfolio/e/images/dash02.jpg TIA

Touche' Mon Ami......I did not want to get a stand alone screen that will draw attention to my dash. By clipping this to the mirror there now creates the illusion of it just being standard mirror

Canadians (Ontario)....Anywhere to get after market mats???

Where exactly in the burling / oakville area is this place? Address please as am likely to be in that area this weekend cheers -
Old thread but....I guess the cops in NFLD do have a lot of time on their hands indeed. Here in Ontario, there is no written law in the driving code so to speak, but there is a general presumption that the cops want to be able to see the driver. When I picked up the new Journey 2014 on Saturday, I had 20% in front and 15% in the back. I was still able to see into the car from a distance, and this was not going to fly as I don't want people looking in to the back and seeing it as an opportunity to break in. I took it to another shop yesterday and the back windows are now blackened out...2% I believe and that helped make the front 20% slightly more darker with teh chance of cops still being able to see the driver.

Thanks Mate...Next time am in that area (Markham), I'll drop in and see -
So am getting the windows at the back redone today...I just couldn't live with it all weekend long and it bugged me. I also ordered a rear view mirror replacement backup camera, and purchased a hitch from hitchdepot that will get installed next week.

IAN...she might have a point though -
Couldn't they have just shared the one? I use to live in your neck of the woods...quaint little town bordering a bigger big city (Hamilton). That garden center (nursey) as you are driving down from Main street west, took a lot of my money over the years...it was also in that spot that I hit a deer when I first moved to Canada...bloody thing jumped out of nowhere, it was on Xmas eve too

This is just outrageous....I know it's been a while, but if someone can write a detailed info on how to go about this and get the parts, that will be wonderful on your part. This might be the way to go for me instead of trying to get fog lights installed on my 2014 CVP dodge journey Need more light also

Saw this at Crappy tire (Canadian tire to our US cousins) today for $19.99, was going to pull the trigger but wanted to know how good it is first from people that have it. I have a lot of CT dollars to use towards this

Good afternoon everyone....hope your weekend is going smoothly and the weather is cooperating where you are? Pick up the car this morning and immediately drove it to get tinting done. I am not particularly happy with the finished product, and I think the guy was just trying to go home quickly that he rushed it. I asked for a 20% in front and 15% at the back. I can still see into the car clearly in front, and the back that is supposed to be 15% is so visible from a distance. He claimed he used ultra guard or something like that. I needed the back to be dark that you COULDN'T see into unless you put your face to the window. I am going to have to get it redone Anyway....here are the pics

Journey Crossroad

No change to the inside by the look of things...just aesthetics on the outside and an inflated price of 25k for base model 2.4L and destination fee However, it does look nice and reminds me of range rover sport from the front and back
