  1. Is the vehicle running or in the "ON" position? Those 2 outlets only work in those situations. The one in the center console is always live.
  2. I agree... the knob is likely dirty inside or just needs to be replaced. No info on the vehicle anywhere...if you still have a warranty I would take it in.
  3. I don't think that a single car of mine has made a squeal that could be described like that from the wear indicators... Also, depending on miles, seems early for Brakes... Definitely a possibility though.
  4. Does anyone really know what this is (anti-sway)?? What could possibly being going on in that harness that would add this "feature"... In another post on here someone suggested that it is likely something that the vehicle does anyways as part of the ESC and I tend to think that makes more sense. Thoughts?
  5. Because it's fun... Kidding. Not being able to see the original posts, you probably aren't aware that she came on here purely to say Dodge sucks as a whole because she doesn't like the way her vehicle shifts, rejected advice, and proceeded to brag about how she was suing blah, blah, blah... General troll shit. There was never an attempt to be rational or discuss the issue, just constant bitching and and talk about lawyers and crap. That's all fine and dandy, but it doesn't add to the forum, which is here to try and help people answer questions or learn more about their vehicle. They come and go, but this one came back to tell us how she "won" and that is proof that Dodge sucks. Waste of forum space, so if we are going to waste space we may as well get under her skin a little bit. All in good fun. :gang:
  6. The exchange rate today is $1.00 US = $1.25 CAN... That makes the Canadian version pennies more at $61.20 US. That being said, they can be had cheaper than $49 here in the states... Wait...I did that math wrong (hey, it's early). $61.20 CAN is what the cost would be converting from US... Regardless, it's close and is worth considering for a replacement in my book. Though I would go away from the K&N and get a dry flow filter instead (one that requires no oiling). Easier to maintain and less pssible issues to deal with down the road.
  7. Probably driving style... Taking corners at high speeds, driving generally fast, road conditions, maintenance... All of these things play a large role in tire wear.
  8. Yeah, I have the MH1's and they were about as simple as you could imagine to put in... I will say that the permaseal headlights that Dodge uses are a bit of a pain (especially if you are new to retrofittting) and that it would be wise to get a set of TYC replacement lights... Best price I found, by a long shot, was on Rockauto.com.
  9. Everything in more expensive in Canada... That K&N will be more than a "few bucks more"...

between the 2 of us, so really .5 accidents every 10 years... I guess I'll keep her for now.
  11. Gonna be rain when it hits us. Thanks for thinking about me though!

My wife has been in a couple small accidents and our insurance has never gone up.... Maybe it's the accident forgiveness or whatever. 2 accidents in just as many decades between 2 drivers isn't that bad I guess... especially since they were both minor. EDIT: Just looked it up... No fault refers only to personal injury.
  13. You're going to get a LOT more help if you post this in a section where people actually look... Maybe try the recalls section?
  14. be a ton cheaper to use a T-Harness... they would have to run wiring the length of the vehicle and likely disassemble a fair bit of it...
  15. I would guess the minimum is an hour, but it really only takes a few minutes. Really depends on how cool you dealership is...
  16. Oh, the side mirrors! Got ya... Looks sporty. Hard to say with all of the vinyl hanging on the damn thing.

Wow... Annoying. I am in a "no fault" state, so that likely speeds things up quite a bit too... And, my "guy" is actually the lowest rate I've found, though I'll admit I haven't looked in a while. Maybe I should.
  18. Where do you see the rear view mirror??
  19. I buy everything from TheRetroFitSource.com... Great customer service, quality components and good prices. They even have a bargain bin where you can piece together stuff a little cheaper than if you bought everything pre-tuned. EDIT: If you wait for a holiday, they usually have pretty good sales. Not sure if Easter is one that they usually do, but it may be worth asking before you place your order.
