  1. Wanted a Durango or Grand Cherokee so bad, but... $$$$$. Got a great deal on the DJ though and I really like it, so I'm not complaining.
  2. FYI, you can post the pic that is in your gallery so they can be seen here... if people want to see them "full-size", then they can click on them and go to the pic in your gallery.
  3. I'm not even a little bit ready... so hold on a bit with the winter weather please! It wasn't too long ago that you Canadians were using the imperial system still... I get it, sometimes it's easier to give in than it is to remain strong, I won't hold it against you (cough...conformists...cough). B)
  4. Love it. I saw that on a Taco a while back and thought it was unique and looked very good. You did a nice job!
  5. you have to remove the grill, the tabs in the wheel well and two screws on each side that hold the bumper in place. after that you can pull the bumper forward a little and get pretty good access. there are 2 tabs where the wheel junts out on the bumper that you need to release as well.
  6. I guess it depends on how you drive it... I could see it happening, but I doubt it is typical. Use an entire tank both ways in similar conditions and see what you get. It will probably be less dramatic. What does the extra 10 mpg equate to (as in total mpg's)?? I typically get 23-24, but I drive mostly around town with only short trips on the freeway.
  7. They are 5000k Morimoto 35w bulbs...
  8. ring of fire sounds more fun... screw fitting in.
  9. Hey! I already said that... And it's Blowmaster. Ha!
  10. This video has it as a note: I couldn't find an actual video for permaseal, but Andrew from TRS points to this video when asked about permaseal.
  11. Seems like I've seen this issue before and it had a fix... not sure why you posted it in this post though. It was only briefly mentioned in 1 post in passing. Search a little more, the answer is here somewhere.
  12. Ha! Wasn't sure how "in the know" you were... Great products and service, but I always wait for the big sale!
  13. Wheel bolt pattern adapters (to change the bolt pattern): http://www.ezaccessory.com/Bolt_Pattern_Adapters_5_Lug_s/45.htm Changing your bolt pattern (there are a ton of these videos out there):
  14. I guess that was my point... you can't get the housing out without removing some bolts. That being said, you should be able to replace the bulbs without removing the housing.
  15. There you go again... assuming people are going to read their owner's manual...
  16. Pull your stockers apart and paint them... Or, since it sounds like you have considered buying black ones, buy a pair of TYC replacements at RockAuto.com and paint those ones (they are easier to get apart than the stockers)... Should be about a 4 hour job at max, and the TYC's can be purchased for right around $200 shipped. I would not get the cheapest replacements though, I would get the NSF certified ones (the ones I am referring to) or even the top end ones that TYC makes (though you will spend a tiny bit more for these).
  17. Thank god you posted this three times... You do realize that this is a forum of enthusiasts and that Dodge is not affiliated with this site at all, right? You're also not likely to see a recall on an issue that is not safety related. I think I was able to wade through all of the made up words and partial words enough to understand your issue... Does it start when this occurs if you put it in neutral? I feel like I've heard that the transmission gear selector switch is the likely issue and that replacing it can fix the problem. I also recall something about installing a redundant ground to the transmission bell housing. Next time it happens try starting the vehicle while in neutral as this might be an indication that the switch is the issue. Are you taking this to a Dodge dealer when it happens or just a mechanic? Have you had any dialogue with the technician/mechanic about the issue? Any common issue on the 2009/2010 model is likely going to have a Technical Service Bulletin and a DODGE DEALER should be able to fix it up pretty quick.
  18. There is always the option to put a spacer on that converts from one pattern to another... There is also a jig available that would allow you to drill and thread holes in any position you like so you can use a pattern that is easier to get.
  19. TRS recommends 285 for 15 minutes... You may have to repeat. They have a video if you want to get details... EDIT: Make sure you preheat so you are actually at 285 for the full 15 minutes...
