I want (need) a backup cam on my '14 DJ. I would probably install the OEM cam where the liftgate license plate light panel is. I will not be altering my 4.3 radio in any way and want to add on a monitor. I am looking for suggestions on brand (if you already installed one) and mounting location for the monitor. I would probably look for something on amazon or ebay in a 3.5" to 4.5" range. Also, just to throw this out there, I saw a photo of a DJ where someone installed a monitor in their overhead console. I don't have a console, but would buy one if possible. Any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance, Dave.

My 2014 SXT did not come with lighted vanity mirrors. I know that often the same wire harness is used in multiple vehicles, but some options are not plugged in. I have seen the lighted vanities for sale on ebay for models up to 2014. Has anyone done this mod or know if it is possible to do or not?

It may be too late for this reply, but there is certainly a lack of clarity on whether the canbus bulbs are needed or not. I replaced the tailgate, map and soon the rear dome lights with #4410-NW9 (Natural White) festoon bulbs from superbrightleds.com. They are not canbus and they are bright and they work well in the DJ. I want to note that they also do the theater dimming to a certain point > then completely off. Remember that leds don't light up after voltage drops to a point.

Thanks all for the replys. I will go with Plastidip, seems fairly simple according to their website. I also decided on 3M Burgundy double pinstripes. Should look good when finished. I just set up a Photobucket account so I will take some pics for you also.

I have a 2014 SXT with an aluminum colored area at the lower lip of the front bumper. I would prefer it to be a flat or satin black color. Can anyone recommend a brand or type of paint I can do this with? Also, I want to put red pinstripes on my black paint (should look good). I was thinking 3M brand on Amazon or something like that. Do they still have good products or is there another brand to look at? Thanks in advance.

Hi all. I'm new to the forum here with a new 2014 SXT. I replaced an aging 2001 Town & Country with a brand new fuel pump and various other parts. So far I am astounded with the ride, quietness and appointments of the Journey. In general I am very pleased. I will probably have a few questions, but I'll post those in the appropriate section.
