  1. 2009 Journey SXT 3.5L V6. Long term fuel trim on Bank 2 is 18% positive at idle. Bank one is ok, just around 2%. When RPMs are increased to around 2K, the fuel trim normalizes which points towards a vacuum leak from what I read. Wasn't sure which side Bank 2 was, so I disconnected the O2 sensor at the front of the engine to discover the front side is bank 2. All the vacuum hoses I see (to the brake reservoir, PCV, etc) are on the back side of the engine, Bank 1. I don't see any vacuum hoses to Bank 2, was hoping it was a bad hose or faulty PCV valve.... Looking at the graphs for the O2 sensors, both Banks appear to be operating similar, nice sign waves. Even though the O2 sensors are reacting, is there still a chance that the O2 isn't 100% and can cause a miss-diagnosed lean condition? Trying to get all suggestions I can on this, before having the intake manifold gasket replaced... not sure what else can cause this... Any ideas? Thank you, Mark
