2015 TPMS sensor... does direction of rotation matter?
dhh3 replied to DJDiggler's topic in Wheels & Tires
It seems to me that the inside and outside of the wheels are rotating in the same direction at any given time. -
Subwoofer Help
dhh3 replied to Mrgixxer6's topic in Audio, Infotainment Navigation, MyGig, UConnect, etc.
No. Kicker makes a sub in a ported box, similar to a Bose Radio, with an integral amp. No monster wires to the battery required. Fits perfect under my power front seat. It is actually made for single cab pickups. I have done extensive modifications to my POS stock system and have a couple of threads on it. Search! -
Kicker makes an awesome under seat Sub mounted in a ported box, similar to a Bose radio. It is made for single cab pick up trucks. It is awesome for what it puts out, and requires no monster cables to the battery. It fits fine under my power front seat. I have extensive threads on what I have done to my standard audio system. Search.

You have got to be kidding. The DJ is NOT a Jeep. If you feel the need to ruin your DJ, go for it. The coupling (transfer case) for the AWD is a viscus clutch, a serious of plates encased in jelly. When wheels begin to spin, the plates spin and heat up the jelly to make the connection to the rear wheels. The first time you get stuck you are bound to destroy this coupling and I doubt if your warranty would cover it. It's your DJ; treat it the way you want to.

I would make sure that there is no interference with the bottom spring mounting plate on the front struts. With P255/50R19 tires mounted on my stock Crossroad wheels, with a slightly deeper dish, I can not get my index finger to fit between this plate and my tires. The back are fine. Other than this, I have no rub issues anywhere. Those wheels do look good!

Since you are not installing a Mopar Harness, you should not have to flash because it is aftermarket. I do know that there are two kits for the DJ: one with LEDs, one with bulbs. Not sure why, because there is 12v in the harness going to the LED tail lights.

When you say alarm, what do you mean? Do you have a remote start? Is the alarm part of the remote start? If so, is it OEM or aftermarket? If this is the case, I would disable the remote start and see what happens. A bad TIPM: wipers start/stop by themselves/dash lights on/off by themselves/radio on/off by itself. With only horn/alarm, it has to be the remote start if you have it.

Plenty of threads concerning hooking up a Curt hitch on the forum. The DJ has the most Mickey Mouse Trailer Tow Package that I have ever seen!

Since I can't text and drive, maybe I could text and fly a Tomcat. No going back to any Android Phone, ever. Too much crap preloaded, constantly begging for upgrades. And, with its open platform, phone manufacturers are at freedom to add any crap they so choose to pick. Texting while driving is not high on my priority list. I don't believe I was even thinking about texting when I purchased my DJ. When Uconnect finally decides to get their collective heads out of the a**s, maybe they will move into the present and upgrade to iOS9.3.1!

Welcome. The Blacktops do look good in that Dark Gray color.

Why does it say MAR instead of RAM on the grill!

As I sped read the article, I saw the picture and thought it was a Charger! I just looked again. A Photoshopped DJ! LOL

So I had my cylinder head replaced. . .
dhh3 replied to redtomatoman's topic in Engine & Transmission
My Dealer actually has 4 Service Writers and they each have Assistants. Whoever writes up my repair bill is the one I see. If that person is unavailable, the others can search in the computer by my name and tell me where/what is happening to my vehicle. -
The Salesman who sold me my DJ made a big deal of pointing out the stitched leather door panels. I figured they were unique to the Crossroad, but maybe not. There is a sucker born everyday!

As Bill Orielly would say: Blather. Not one specific item in the story. Just inuendos. Nothing specific, other than only 4 cylinder engines.

No, but I did buy it for the color!

Check the boots on the CV joints. Make sure that there are no rips or tears. If you start to lose the grease, the CV joints are not long for this world!

Can you get the whole door?

Possible to use Fog Lights as DRL?
dhh3 replied to DJDiggler's topic in Glass, Lighting, Mirrors, Sun Roofs & Wipers
DRLs only come on in D or R. They are not on in P; if this means anything! -
Take a picture so I can see
