If the holes for the mounting bolts are still intact, replacing just the bushings would suffice. If this problem has been going on for a while, more than likely the control arm mounting holes are egg shaped. And, I would do both sides at the same time; uppers and lowers (inspect them for wear also).

You have 2 options: purchase the factory Rear DVD System, or purchase a LockPick. The Factory Rear DVD System still will not allow you to watch a DVD in front, while the vehicle is in motion, while the LockPick will. Also, the LockPick will allow you to purchase any type of Rear DVD System of your choice.

Good man. That is what I would do too. Let someone else touch it, and something goes wrong, it becomes a he said/she said type of affair. In a society where everyone wants to sue for silly liability claims, you are doing the right thing. If the selling Dealer can't make it right, you need to have your $ returned, or given a compatible vehicle; equal to or better than the one sitting at the Dealer.

Welcome to the forum. It may be that the lock-up torque converter is not unlocking; thus you not being able to go from 4 to 3.

Each CD has it's own tag, but the software needs to read it. When you load a CD into Windows Media Player, by default, it goes out and searches the internet for the latest tag. Turning the Gracenote Softkey on or off has no effect. I have talked to the idiots at Uconnect too many times to count. Tell me why the MyGig would read the tag and the POS 8.4 won't? I purchased Windows 10 for Idiots, and Windows Media Player will no longer see an iPod, or "i" anything! So, if I want to change my music on my iPod, I have to reload iTunes and reload all of my music again. Thanks for nothing, Uconnect.

The factory mounts the amp under the seat? Which seat? I was thinking it was an aftermarket amp being under a seat.

I put my mic right above the rear view mirror in my Nitro. I installed it my self. You unplug the big gray connector from behind the radio, and plug the harness that comes with the Uconnect module into the radio. Then you plug the gray connector into the Uconnect harness. Mount the module, mic, and get it activated. Very simple. I'd give anything to have an RBZ instead of this POS 8.4!

I'm picky and a perfectionist. I want all of my album art to display. I'm getting closer. I ditched iTunes, and used Windows 10 Media Player, and reloaded all of my CDs. Copied this to my SD card. Better than iTunes, but now it is a Uconnect issue because Uconnect won't show art if the CD is newer than 2011. They all showed on my MyGig.
