  1. I looked at mine last night in the garage. It was on ACC - I never started it. Messaging was grayed out.
  2. I just looked at the manual! Yes, I admit it. If you click on the phone which is connected to Uconnect and click on it, if "Messaging" is grayed out, texting will never work. Makes sense to me because I have an iPhone6, debating on getting a 6s. Anyway, my phone is iOS9.2. Uconnect only supports iOS7.1 Makes sense to me. No update since I purchased my DJ new last summer, and I'm not holding my breath.
  3. I brought mine in to the Dealer last summer. Unfortunately, by the time I drive to the Dealer, it was warm! Duh........They were aware of the TSB, and 2014 was not included. It is noted in my file, so I am covered. As for the leather, if you mean lines, and not cracked all the way through to the foam, this is common with every Mopar vehicle I have ever owned with leather seats.
  4. I check for a clogged catalytic converter.
  5. I could not believe it either! I was on the loop around Columbus, Ohio, with the cruise set at around 73. 2 people, no luggage. I keep my EVIC set on fuel economy all of the time and try and keep it in the green.
  6. That is exactly like the extra one I have for my DJ Hellcat!
  7. Where are all the buttons on the left side? Are they an option?
  8. Welcome. Consider getting one. Piece of mind concerning all the electronics which can/will fail.
  9. My Dealer will match any price I bring in to them. They draw the line at Free Shipping. They will match the price but add the shipping unless it is something small.
  10. Bought mine new last summer. Around town driving started around 16 mpg, and has been slowing going up to 17, then 18, and is staying in the high 18's. I don't see how you are getting 21/22 in the city. On the highway I can get 35.6/36.5 - can't remember which one.
  11. Glenbrook DCJR, Fort Wayne, IN. Been a happy customer for over 20 years. Initially, they were only a Dodge Dealer. During the dealer shut downs, a local CP and Dodge dealer went up for sale because the owner was moving to CA. Glenbrook bought the CP dealer and added Jeep. The other Dodge dealer had his franchise eliminated; now they only sell BMW's, and is still owned by the guy who went to CA.
  12. Designed in the Diamler Days, after Diamler drained the bank account. Merger of equals my ass!
  13. When I initially bought this car/truck/sport wagon, all I wanted was for my music work as it did in my Nitro RBZ MyGig v50.1. To say that I was disappointed in finding out that the 30 gig HD had been replaced with an SD slot is an understatement. I'd love to cut a hole in the 8.4 screen and install a Mygig. I could use silver duct tape which would look fine with my liquid graphite interior. As long as the hole stayed above the row of icons I'd be all set.
  14. My hitch is PN 82213561. Initially, my Service Writer told me that they would have to cut out a part of the lower bumper and install the nasell as you said. But, this was the case on only the earlier years: 2009, and 2010. I told the Service Writer this, and he looked it up and confirmed that I was correct. My hitch has a round bracket on the left side, for a round 7-pin connector. Journeyman425 removed that bracket on his. But, I found a part, PN 82213678001, which clips into the bracket, and has an oval hole that the 4-pin connector snaps into. This part cost $5.70. It is possible that they may have to cut out a small square piece in the lower valence to keep it from rubbing on the receiver. This remains to be seen. I am keeping this car for a while. I have had it since June 2014 and just passed the 9,000 mile mark. I will run out of Factory Warranty in time before miles! My extended warranty started from day one: free oil changes and tire rotations for 10 years/100,000 miles, 0 deductible. I guess I'm driving a Hyundai! Harness, PN 68080976AC is already installed. I backed into a truck, and had to have my bumper replaced. The Truck was out of the camera's field of vision, so I never saw it! The instructions for the harness say to remove the bumper so that the christmas tree clips could be pushed into the holes. So, I had the Body Shop install the harness before they installed the new bumper. No metal damage! You are correct in saying that there is conflicting information out there as to whether the hitch would fit a Crossroad. The Parts Dept at my Dealer ensured me that it fits. Time will tell. I am in no hurry to mount the hitch until I get a replacement boat. No use in getting a boat until my back heals so that I can use it! But, I'm constantly looking for one.
  15. Depending on wind and water conditions, I could hit 60+ with that 150 Yamaha! 4-blade SS prop. All welded aluminum hull. Mine had twin consoles, and it was wide enough to have 3 holes for seats on the front deck. I bought an extra seat so that the girls could sit up on the front deck, without the seat base poles, of course!
  16. Just pray that Jody is not the incompetent Old Lady that I had the pleasure of speaking with last summer!
  17. Welcome to the forum. Lobitz68 is correct. I just turned over the 8,000 mark and the mileage is slowly beginning to improve. Mechanically, all I have done is remove the resonator and installed a Hellcat Hemi!
  18. Do it yourself. Wheelskins are specifically made for the size of your wheel. They come in an assortment of colors; some 2-tone. You have to sew it on. The kit comes with a big needle and the thread is HD and comes with a coating of wax. Take your time, and don't twist the thread. It will look professional. I have done 3.
  19. All of my art displays except for a few that I downloaded from iTunes. Any file which comes from Apple becomes an Apple proprietary file and will only display on another Apple product. I even found a new iPod with 7.1 on ebay, and couldn't get it to work either. I screwed around with the SD Card for about a month, and finally got the effen radio to think that the card was an iPod.
  20. Hopefully another one of these. This is the boat we had when Sharon was diagnosed. I sold it, to keep my head above water during our "Chemo Journey"
