You don't mention which phone you are using. Uconnect only supports up to iOS7.1 if you are an Apple fan. After spending hours on the phone with both Apple an Uconnect 1.5 years ago, I have given up on any help from either of them. I figured out how to make a 32 SD card think that it is an iPod. It does everything that it is supposed to do, except display any art which I downloaded from iTunes. I can live with this. I hate this radio. Why did the get rid of the MyGigs? Why not an 8.4 MyGig?

No room for AWD in the Mopar vans because of the stow-and-go seating. Prior to stow-and-go, the vans offered AWD.

FYI. Not all the 8.4s have an external amp. I kept the HU (8,4) but added 4 Alpine 6x9's in the doors, swapped the dash speakers for Alpine tweeters with inline x-overs, added an Alpine "Brick" amp, and installed a Kicker 8"sub in a ported box, mounted under my seat. Neither factory system can match this!

Welcome to the forum. Case in point: for 2016, there are 2 Crossroads: Crossroad, Crossroad Plus. But, to get the things that mine had standard, you have to buy the Crossroad Plus and add the 1,000 Leather Option. I honestly bought mine for the color! Didn't know much about the DJ. Love the car, hate the radio.

Welcome to the forum. I would make sure that all the connections in the radio are plugged in tightly, with no bent pins. There is a big gray connector and a smaller one in the middle. If you have a rear DVD, there will also be a big white one.

Welcome to the forum. Is the dvd player in the radio or in the back? If it's in the back, the button may be on that unit.

Welcome to the forum. I put halo/projectors in my Nitro, but could never get used to the weird cut off and blue tint at the top. I took it to my Dealer's Body Shop to have them aim them. Didn't do much to solve the problem. I'm keeping the stock housings and may change to a whiter bulb.

I put a 2-tone Wheelskin on my leather wheel in my Nitro, because it felt too skinny even with the leather. Sewing took about an hour. MY DJ leather wheel is just right, so no need for a cover.
