  1. Does he have a Frame Machine that will align the frame rails to the original specs, if they were bent also?
  2. I could be wrong, but a motor mount would be more like a clunk than a click. I wounder if it is a relay? Does the DJ have ETC?
  3. Mine does not do this at all. Has not done it since day one! The only concern I had with mine was that after I started it in the morning, the brake pedal would go to the floor with no resistance. Once it ran for a minute or so, it was fine. Just had to build up vacuum. Never took it in. The Forum solved the problem for me. I would take it in for a second opinion. Something is not right.
  4. You could always tie it to the roof.
  5. The rotors might accumulate some light rust, if sitting too long. The interior hinges should NOT have any rust. The JOURNEY is chrome plated plastic, and I have seen some lose their luster. Very easy to replace. Use dental floss to remove the old one and stick on a new one. This would not be a deal breaker for me, but I do not like the idea of rust on the liftgate hinges.
  6. I found a set on ebay with the Mopar M on the top. Chrome plastic. Everyone that sees them wants a set. Nobody has stole them yet. I took them off of my Nitro when I traded last summer.

    Hi!

Welcome to the forum. What are your plans for the DJ? Not much out there as far as DJ specific items.
  8. Looking at your last picture, it appears that the metal piece that is holding the steel bumper is also bent. This may be the part they are referring to.
  9. Buy the Ram. Buy the Ram! Mind over matter.
  10. There is? Anything to do with the number 118?
  11. Oh great one, please explain to Grasshopper how you did this!
  12. Man, that shines. Is there Moosehead in the bottle?
  13. I had my Dealer install these yesterday while it was up on the lift for an oil change. Nokya 2500K_24 w, PSX24W. I tried to take pictures but my iPhone pictures them as white, not yellow! I'll try it at night, and see what I get. I'll try my digital camera, also.
  14. My Mopar hitch has a bracket with a round hole for a 7 pin connector. I bought the part that snaps into the round hole and the 4 pin connector snaps into the oval hole in this piece. Neat and clean!
  15. But, the hood is very easy to open: no struts needed!
  16. I use mine when loading groceries. I put all the 1 gallon plastic bottles in the net. Keeps everything from falling out when I get home and open the hatch.
  17. My 2006 Jeep Commander had an aluminum hood. The new F150 is all aluminum.
  18. I just went out and pushed on all four corners, where the plastic bumpers meet the steel fenders. No creaking. Small creak in the right front corner. The slight creak is actually coming from the bottom of the front bumper and the top of the black valence which holds the fog lights. Nothing for me to worry about. I have had my 2014 Crossroad exactly 1 year today. I just passed 6,000 miles with absolutely no issues. There is a pretty good thread concerning the SD card, so you might find your answer there.
  19. The clock is controlled by a module separate from the radio. For radio issues, disconnect the positive terminal on your battery for at least 30 minutes to allow all the diodes to power down. You will not lose your settings. It could be a one time "glitch" or a window of things to come. If the battery reset doesn't work, take it in. You're going to need a few parts: radio, screen, and module that controls the time.
  20. When I'm ready to sell, I'll export it to Canada! LOL
  21. Hood is aluminum, hatch is plastic (composite).
  22. I like the "Hood to Fender" stripes on your Avenger. I had them on my Nitro. They were a Metallic Graphite Color, and was considering getting a set for my DJ. Can't make up my mind!
