  1. I like the red Dodge Stripes. Are they vinyl? I am hoping that the kit for the Nitro might fit on the DJ.
  2. I see that replaced your resonators with magnaflow mufflers. How does it sound? Did you remove the main muffler too? Also, I see a lot of rust on your hitch. What kind is it?
  3. The parking brake, if like the Nitro, consists of 2 skinny shoes inside of the rear rotors. Like the old drum brakes. Debris is known to get in there or rust can build up on the shoes if you never use the parking brake. Engage your parking brake slightly, to the point of the shoes engaging the rotors, and drive a short distance. See what happens. I have had my DJ since last June and have never once used my parking brake.
  4. Some are made in two pieces so you can add a center section to make the rack longer.
  5. SHE ASKED HOW TO SET HER SIRIUS CHANNELS. Read her post again!
  6. There is another live thread going on right now. Do a search. Lowering with 22s? What size tire? I put P255/50R19s on mine, and I can not get my index fingernail between the tire and the bottom mount for the front strut. Something to think about.
  7. Chrysler kept the first 1,000 or so off the line in Toledo until they got the programming right. They upgraded all of them, and then road tested them all before they were released to the Dealers. I guess they still don't have it completely worked out. I like my 6 speed!
  8. If she has it figured out, why did she ask this?
  9. If the 4.3 is like the 8.4, the Sirius Channels are along the top of the screen. If you want to set one, push and hold.
  10. Funny. I went into my Dealer to buy a Cherokee Trailhawk, and ended up buying myDJ, saving $5,000 in the process! You are correct: a lot of car for the money.
  11. More than likely it is part of the Automatic Temperature Control.
  12. Look under Owners, Accessories on the Dodge website. Mopar always offered Thule in their Accessory Catalogs.
  13. For me, I always get better mileage going home; no matter where I am going.
  14. On my window sticker, it lists under OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: 3.6 Liter V6 VVT Engine $1,700 Dual Bright Exhaust Tips Engine Oil Cooler Flex Fuel Vehicle My sticker does not say anything about a Trailer Prep Group, but I did get the oil cooler.
  15. My 2014 Crossroad has an obvious rake to it: higher in the back than front. May be the difference in the springs. Never really looked at another DJ. All I see are Nitros.
  16. Look at your window sticker. It should have oil cooler printed on it. The window sticker from my 2014 Crossroad has it.
  17. Do you want the measurements to include the plastic end caps that wrap around the outsides of the roof rails?
  18. All those links seem to be the outer sill plates that protect the paint. I bought the Mopar version, which is the last link. I never saw the ones that light up when you open the door.
  19. They won't pull the panel off, but they should repaint it for you. There may have been transit damage, or a mishap getting it on or off the car carrier truck. Stick to your guns. It does not match. The rear bumper seems to match the rest of your DJ, so they repainted the 1/4 panel for a reason.
  20. Can you get a picture of the whole car? Which part is different from the rest of the car: the door or the fender? There definitely is a difference. Could be "in transit" damage. Maybe your car came across the border on one of those trains with all the people on the roof! My color is Copperhead Pearl with the sparklies, and the color is even over the whole car.
