Now that I have the remote start and read the instructions that came with it I have a question regarding install, once I replace the RFHub with the kits my car wont run with out the fobs programmed? One more the instructions say XBM sales code must be added before the RFHub is replaced thats seperate from the fobs bieng programmed?

Not for my journey but my 94 grand cherokee, I recently installed a 5.9 limited rear soundbar and have not hooked it up yet. I don't want to run them off the rear cause then it will be under powered. I have a sub and amp already cheap dual 600 watt running a 12" jbl and was wondering about getting an amp big enough to run the 2 extra 5 1/4s and tweets plus my sub, any ideas on what kind of amp i would need? Or advise on what I can do will help also. Just bought an alpine cde-145bt on the weekend power cable is 2 or 4 ga not sure but big enough to run 2 amps if need be.

Obviously it has changed in 20 years but I added auto headlights to my 94 grand cherokee laredo and aside from the sensor and switch there was an auto headlight module. Maybe there isn't a module in the new dodges but who knows

So understanding my headlight on my 14 journey, on the drivers side there's the headlight and to the left there a turn signal and below that is another light that doesnot come on with any other light is that the drl?

Where about would it be? I would imagine its not going to be just dangling there right lol.

When I took them out of my caliber I got 1 ding per missing sensor and the light stayed on, it was rather annoying and to boot if I had any other lights on I got another ding per light the most I had at once 6 dings lol.

My switch pushes in but only pops back out instantly. Thats not true dealers have been using harnesses specific to trim levels for some time now. My 94 grand cherokee doesnt have all the harnesses because it was a laredo I had no power seat wires and the overhead console wires were not there because I had no overhead console.

Mine has no power button neither does my 94 grand cherokee but the auto dim does not work anymore.

I cant see a bigger TB makimg a difference unless your modifying more like the exhaust and intake for instance.

Hey ducatti are you able to use the rear controls for hvac still on the 8.4?

I thought the light scatter was for lanses that are not clear? I have hids in my 94 grand cherokee and the lights are not clear like the journey and they are hella bright.

   I bought my journey and it had no tint I got the dealer to throw it in, part of the deal was i wanted tint so it was written in the deal. After the deal done after the finance part I asked the salesman about the tint and apparently he forgot so I didn't get charged for it lol. As for no bluetooth If it was advertised as there and it was not I would have picked out another journey that had it or I would have noticed and made them put it in before I signed.

I worked at a detail shop for many years you'd be surprised on what comes in lol.

And the sun and heat of the engine will most likely cook the glue on the tape to the hood and may leave a huge mess, coming from experience lol.

Why not get get the front end rock guarded? Its a clear plastic film you can do your entire car of you want.

So your going to tape off your car everytime you drive on the highway and back roads? seems tedious.
