  1. Ahh, sorry read right over the 43 K part!
  2. Find the time to take it in. Cars need to be maintained. You should still be under warranty if you only have 30,000 miles, unless you are older then 3 years (my 09 was delivered in 08).....
  3. Applies to any parts or service. Am also finding out it can be as low as $300. Ill let you know when I do it.
  4. Hi all. Just taking delivery of a 2018 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus. The car comes with the new 8.4 C3 radio, no nav. What I discovered is ALL C3 radios come equipped with nav, the dealer just has to unlock the feature. Prices range between $500-600 dollars, so Im going to wait till I get a 20/25% off service cupon and have it done, then my cost will be between $400-480. Hopefully its the same for Dodge! Sure is going to make that upgrade easier! Just wanted to give some info out! Merry Christmas everyone!
  5. The light in my 09is useless. Comes on EXACTLY @ 2500 miles. I simple rest it and drive till I hit 5000 (using full synthetic oil ).
  6. I got mine from AutoZone. Got the best one they had that fit, was about $170. Havent had an issue. Did not have to adjust anything.
  7. I know this is a talked about issue. If your blend doors are working, your coolent level is full, thermostat is working properly, its the heater core. Search the site, there are a couple of shortcuts talked about when replacing it.
  8. I’ve replaced all of that and more on mine
  9. I doubt that is factory. Gotta be an aftermarket add on, maybe alarm, remote starter , something like that. You can tell it has been pinched by the cover. If it was factory it would come in a Wireloom. -
  10. Any chance you can post a picture? Alot of wire in the fuse box, it would help.
  11. Might be aliens trying to lift the car into the mother ship......
  12. Dont have diesel in the states so couldnt help you there, but if you downloaded the owners manual it should be in there.
  13. Thank you for the explanation. that being said, I wonder if there is a module for the sunroof like there is for the windows. Obviously something is losing its memory when the power shuts off. If you shut off the car and restart it right away does it not work, or does the car need to be off for awhile? this might be one for the dealer....
  14. I have a sunroof in my 09. Never had to do anything other then hit the switch, even after the battery was replaced. What memory are you referring to? If I hit vent, it opens to the vent position, same with open and close. Is yours doing something different? Not being a smart ass, just really dont know what you are referring to....
  15. Im thinking a corroded connector, bad ground, bcm issue Definately needs to go back to the dealer
  16. Sounds like the alternator. Hope you towed it to a Dodge dealer, should be under warranty and is about a $500 repair.
  17. A ton of questions... are they the factory bulbs? did you upgrade anything with the headlights? are you having any other electrical issues? Have you recently had work done on the car? was it ever damaged in the front end?
  18. Have you tried the good old disconnect the battery for at least 30 mins to reset everything? Seems to work on ALOT of DJ electrical issues.
  19. Going in reverse will make it easier to get it on the flatbed to get it towed to whoever screwed it up. Opening and closing doors has NOTHING to do with your trans. This kinda sounds like some b.s. but if you really have a problem tow it back.
  20. Thats close to what I saw. The guy cut the metal pipes and used a short piece of hose to connect the old pipes to the new core. Good luck!
  21. Check out UTube. I saw a video of a guy changing his heater core and had a short cut you might want to take. His was an 09 w the V6.
  22. There was a writeup on how to open the rear hatch from the inside on the forum. Dont remember exactly how to do it if thats the door giving you issues. If its one of the side doors, you could have a bad lock motor, broken handle connection, or broken/bent arms. Unfortunately the only way to fix those is to take off the internal door panel. You might be able to loose everything enough to look in and grab the arm to open the door but I dont know. Someone here who does body work will chime in Im sure...
