  1. You might need a new socket, or a connector has failed. You can try to fix it yourself, but you do have to take the inner fender well out and have 3 elbows on your arm, but it can be done.
  2. Looking at the cap wont tell you anything, it needs to be tested to make sure it holds. Now where you can get this done other then the dealer I dont know. Good luck!
  3. NonReplaceable, in the gas tank part of the pump/pickup tube.
  4. At the jumper posts. Disconnect the negitive and that should do it. You can always disconnect both, just make sure the positive doesnt touch anything. Yes, the battery is located in front of the L side tire.
  5. You should be fine. The condenser is only for your AC system.
  6. Try disconnecting the battery for 30 mins or so to reset the PCM. Keep your appointment in case that doesnt work.
  7. 2016, if its under warranty let the dealer fix it... no issues with my 09
  8. Thats not a bad price at all. I was thinking $400 or more
  9. HA! Now thats funny! A cheap PCM.... try the auto wrecker, maybe you get lucky. It wont be cheap though....
  10. Check the speakers first. If one was out I'd say maybe a bad speaker but with both out it is 98% sure its the radio or the connections on the back of the radio. try Crutchfield for an aftermarker radio. They will tell you wath fits with what.
  11. Well if the radios plays at all its not a fuse. Speakers are not fused at all. Since its a 2015 I would ask if its under warranty because most likely the radio has blown. I suppose you could try disconnecting the battery for 30-45 mins, maybe something needs to reset, but I doubt it. let us know.
  12. Got one in my 09, on the dash by the speedo. Never had a problem....
  13. Isnt that working? It brings up a map, will it not give directions? Thats what youneed to show because to me it looks like its working. Just sayin btw I agree with you completely, Dodge doesnt give a shit about this problem.
  14. Search the forum. Discussed to death....
  15. Hey all! Yesterday ny mil came on. Started, stopped a few times hoping it would go off (lmao). Anyway, finally broke out the code reader and it shows the above. I know its the "evaporative emission system incorrect purge flow", but can someone lead me as to just what the hell that is? Called my dealer, can't get it in before next monday and I need totake a 5 hour round trip Thursday to get my son from college. Dealer said no worries, wont hurt the car, so good...... any insight? btw, everytime I tride to put this in the engin section it took me to a parts website.....
  16. Anything is possible. Just remember, you get what you pay for. Be sure to test drive and have a professional mechanic check out whatever you are looking at. Dont expect alot of options, or expect high miles on your potential buy. be cautious and good luck!
  17. Im pretty sure you should be able to tow a Jon boat with a Journey. Hell, you could probably tow one with a ten speed bike! What you have to consider are how often, how far, how much total weight. Getting a hitch installed is no big deal (search the forum, multiple discussions). How you drive with it is.
  18. Why do people put up with this kind of service? I had my sunroof fixed in 1 visit when it leaked . The dealer replaced the entire freaking thing because they knew I would keep coming back until it didnt leak! You pay big money for something new, it better be right or fixed! If they refuse to fix it, keep going in.....
  19. There was a recall for the wire loom in the drivers door. Was it done?
  20. Did something get knocked off? Why did you change the cam and crankshaft sensors to begin with? Try clearing the mil with your code reader even though there are no codes. Try disconnecting the battery for 30 mins.....
  21. I disagee larryl. Just because the abs light is on does not automatically mean you need brakes. The abs has many sensors and that is what is triggering the code, not the need for new brakes. Take the car to a parts store, have the code read, then decide if you want to go to the dealer or a local mechanic, or maybe a DIYer.
  22. If you are the original owner its under warranty....... If you bought it used, then you will have to pay. I have seen this discussed in the past. Try a search of the forum....
  23. You can go aftermarket. Check Crutchfield they have many choices that fit. Some with nav, some with Most have bluetooth for phones. Being an 09 you dont have to worry about heat/ac controls. Thats what I would do.
