While driving 105 - 118 km/hr ( 65 - 70 mph) I am getting a hesitation / stuttering? Happens on flat / going up slight elevation. Cruzing speed. If I go a few km / mph higher or lower stops. Anyone assist? 2009 4 cyl

I have an 2009 Journey SE PLUS (no sunroof) Heard a swishing sound in the front driverside counsel area and today finding out my matts and flooring is damp with water. Figure it is a blocked drain hose from the AC. Any one know the location or can post a picture would help. I have 87K KM and dealership wants $$$ to look at it...out of its basic warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
