Intermittenly Just Wont Start

My 2009 Journey SXT does the same thing.. Will start 95 times out of 100... Took to dealer, they kept it for a week, had no clue what it was.. $ 95.00 down the drain... as it is starting now... I tried to start in Neutral, still clunked.. Usually if it sits for over 20 minutes, it will start.. Any suggestions are appreciated.. Thank you,
