OhareFred
Hey all you owners of 09 Journeys, can you do me a favor? If you have the V6 can you either 1: crawl under the front bumper and look to see if there is a splash shield that cover the area betwee the wheels with a splash shield? Can you see the oil filter? If you dont want to crawl under, open the hood, look down behind the radiator, can you see the ground? If you have a shield, can I PLEASE get a picture! I swear there was a shield there when I took it in for service, but none there now. I even went back to the dealer, but they don't show one in the parts books. Am I nuts?? jkeaton
If I still had my 09 I'd gladly crawl under to verify, but alas, its long gone. All I can offer is, yes. You are nuts!! : ) 2late4u

Neto
Older vehicles (like my 49 Plymouth) have splash shields all around the engine, but those were times when most (or at least many) of the roads were dirt or mud.
