AtilaPS
I bought a 2017 Dodge Journey and am trying to activate my SiriusXM for three days. But it seems to me that the system seems frozen in station 137 (SiriusXM). Everything works, except SiriusXM, I can not feel any other channel. When I go to settings-sirius setup-subscription info, in the Sirius ID field, nothing appears, just the msg Call 1-888-539-Sirius to enable sevices. I have already registered with Sirus and my registration is active. My radio is a Uconnect 4.3 whiteout Bluetooth. Can anybody help me? jkeaton
Need to call them and have them resend the activation to it. It is literally telling you what you need to do. Dadof5
I bought my 2017 new 6 weeks ago and the Sirius still doesn't work. Only channel I get is 184 (preview). Sirius insists it is activated. Not a big deal since as it is rather useless anyway (had Sirius on other cars).
bramfrank
Well, if that image with the blank ID has't been retouched, your first clue would have been the missing serial number. If cycling power hadn't brought it back a replacement radio would have been the next step. I did not renew my subscription when the traffic (which we don't normally get in Canada, but which I talked them into turning on) was shut down - now I use Waze and with 5,000 songs in the ipod in my armrest, miss nothing. 2late4u
they sent me a letter saying they wanted to give me 2 months free on my 2014 i never kept it after the first year, i just threw the letter in the trash... jkeaton and PitCarver
PitCarver
I got Sirius, free for a year, when I bought my 2917 DJ. It's nice an all, but I can't see paying $15.00 a month just to listen to 3 or 4 stations. I've got a USB mucrocruiser loaded down with enough music to keep me going for a long time. bramfrank
Either they've turned my service on again or it is a free weekend at SiriusXM. Noticed the traffic icon was lit. After using Waze for a few months the built in traffic service, because they only check major roads, as opposed to Waze, which also has input from everyone using he app, is much more responsive and accurate.
