VermontJourney
I'm thinking of adding a pinstripe to the Journey - something along the lines of this... Any thoughts on the idea, and also on color suggestions?
jkeaton
My thoughts? Tacky, but it's your vehicle. Also, before anyone can offer you color ideas, it would be nice if they knew what color your Journey is..... 2late4u
JAWheat411
I have pinstripped in the past. Mainly straight line and not decorative like that. I actually thought about doing it to mine. It is a 2017 Blood Orange Crossroad. VermontJourney
lmoore1436
I don't really think pinstriping looks horrible... for something like the DJ though I don't think flames would look very good. Maybe just straight lines down the side? In the end it's your car, so whatever makes you happy with it, but the flames might be a bit out of character for the DJ. lmoore1436
Maybe a silver pinstripe to match the gunmetal finish on the wheels? If you're looking for something to add a bit more "character" to the sides have you looked at body side moldings? They add some more visual interest AND protect your doors from dents VermontJourney
mpd162
I had my local graphics shop make me side stripes that match my redline edition r/t challenger. They were scaled to fit the side of the journey. Both vehicles are black. It only cost me $65 installed. redtomatoman
Something like this looks good. I think red or black on your white DJ would be a good accent. I had thought about getting hood/roof/rear hatch stripes like the challenger or charger painted on my DJ, but decided against it. Dunno. In the end, I think just the nice factory paint job looks the best. Your call. Good luck. Peace. jkeaton and 2late4u 1
