RandyRiel
Has anybody ever tried putting a horn switch in the Journey to fix the random honking?

tjboston5676
it has something to do with heat, or atleast for me. did it last summer and i pulled the fuses. put them back in winter and it never honked. a week ago it got up to 80 degrees and it started doing it again... RandyRiel
Well, we have a customer with a 2010 Journey and that is what we are trying, or at least tried. We put a clock spring in it and that didn't work, so now we moved on to the switch.
Linda
My 2010 Dodge Journey just started honking randomly, It has been over 100 degrees where I live. What kind of switch are you talking about? I've had the horn taken off right now but don't want to leave it off.
2late4u
putting in a separate horn button isn't hard did it for my daughters right hand drive conversion on her old jeep, they have a small wiring kit and button just make sure you use a inline fuse on the wiring . check with any parts store or amazon i would expect to have one...
