RAV
I noticed today that CAP (Consumer Auto Parts) has Peak Wireless Back-up Camera Systems for $60 after rebate. They have a good installation demo on their web site: http://peakantifreeze.com/video-3.5_inch_P...-up_Camera.html Their installation at the display end is rough with the wire running up to the windshield. Has anyone thought of tapping into the vanity mirror power source and placing a display under the drivers visor? The power here is probably always on and switched under the mirror door. Too bad they did not make the video battery operated as an alternative. Could just change a set of AAA batteries every six months and make the installation nice and clean. Also too bad the system did not sleep (no/low power) until the camera becomes active when the backup light is energized.
