ahjones13 Posted March 16, 2018 Report Share Posted March 16, 2018 I have a 2014 Journey Limited. I had to have the unit replaced about a year ago. I already had sirius/xm radio account before I got my journey, apparently when I trial membership on the vehicle expired the whole touch screen unit stopped working. Today, the touch screen was on the radio screen and flipped over the nav screen and it's just a black screen. The radio, phone, climate, etc, all work fine. ahjones13 Posted March 18, 2018 Author Report Share Posted March 18, 2018 So I was finally able to go out and disconnect my battery. That didn't help. Is it possible the nav unit itself is unplugged. ahjones13 Posted March 18, 2018 Author Report Share Posted March 18, 2018 Thanks for the info. That's good to know, I just assumed it was picked up by Satellite. I am also wondering if I didn't leave my battery disconnected long enough. I left it disconnected for about 45 minutes, I expected to have to reset all my preset stations and reconnect my phone but everything was still saved.
