Bcollier199
When my phone rings through the Bluetooth the ringer can be alarmingly loud, I’ve tried turning it down as it rings but it turns down the call volume as well, and then I cannot hear the person talking.. even if I leave it down low it will still ring super loud... and sometimes it rings quietly..? Any my advice on where to find a setting or how to fix this issue? im using an iPhone 8+ Running iOS
OhareFred
I noticed the same thing. you have a few options: A: use a different ringtone B: turn the volume down until you are talking, then turn it up. Turn it back down when you are done. C: try turning the ringer volume down on your phone, it should not affect the volume while talking. Thats all I got for ya. good luck! redtomatoman
I have noticed some odd ring behavior from my 2011. Since my DJ is older, the uconnect software may be different on this issue. Sometimes my uconnect will play the actual ringtone. With other ringtones, it will ring with the factory uconnect tone. I have not played with this. Long story short, I support trying another ringtone. Peace.
